A bunch of bugfixes, some new alternate versions of bosses and enemies, hard mode, and possibly even a few new items too.

 

 The original has not been updated once since 2012. It's not actually Edmund doing it at all, the original programmer Florian Himsl is the one doing it on his own apparently.
