oh just cannon redemption i just worded it funny sorry. I had them active before Luna was around, and when Luna appeared all of the underworld had to run and hide as the night was no longer as safe.

 

 

Wait a minute.......Wait a minute! "Changling Invasion Episode" come on they so used lethal force at least off screen and most likely on screen even if it dose not seem like death.

It was never shown, though. We can't prove they did anything more than knock the horde of changelings out cold. And if the changelings used lethal force, that would be because they didn't have the morality that ponies do. 

 

Even if the ponies did use lethal force there, it would have been in self-defense, and only if the changelings were going for same. Which, of course, would ruin the whole changeling vibe. They eat love, so why would they kill their food sources?

 

With that logic, I think that it would be in the Changeling Hives' best interests to return Equestria to peace. Even just living on the fringe they would have had love to eat. They're probably starving a bit, fifteen years into this war of theirs.

Yes i would think that changelings would have used non lethal on most ponies, but not the main 6 they needed to be taken care of. Also i think that ponies would (yes admittedly in self defense) use lethal force on the changelings, if only that ponies see changelings as monstrosities. On another note they also used lethal force on that manticore in season 1 even if it was solved without bloodshed. My point being that even in a child's world lethal force must be used, even if its on bad guys and monsters. So its not to far off to have ponies that take their killing intent too far.

Uhhhh... ... I'm sorry but... that was... something.... Uhhh I'm not normally I mean guy but I am honest so I'll be honest with you. That was terrible. It almost makes it seem like we take you and your life, give her magical powers which makes no sense at all, then she fights a monster for no sense and goes into Equestria which also makes no sense at all. Her opinions on the houses and stuff were the only thing I was fine with. Everything else has to be scrapped.

 

She can't be human. There are no humans in this. And she can't be a human who looks like a pony neither. She must be a pony, griffon, zebra, or maybe a deer. You are going to have to change the backstory completely. And don't just take the one you currently have a fix it a little so that she aint human. No.Rewrite it. Be creative and think of something. I can't really help you though or give you suggestions because I am basically saying, change her completely or create an entirely new OC just for this RP. Otherwise I can't let you in.

 

Just create a normal bio. She doesn't have to be an average hum-drum citizen but at least the bio has to make sense for this universe. My OC is a unicorn mage who's had a tragic life, spent most of it in solitude and seen the horrors of House Moon and Star. My other OC is suave Spanish pegasus stallion who was forced to move here because of complications in his homeland and now works as a mercenary for Whitegold. Archi's OC is an earthpony soldier for Earthborn who is an expert with gunpowder artillery. Those make sense. And Also provide a nice amount of detail. The bio should not make us ask 100 questions.

 

Oh, well. It was worth a try.

Same personally, same taste, just a "normal" citizen.

If you want me to change anything, let me know.

Oh, and none of the blue stuff is cannon. I wrote that for a thread about putting your OC in the context of the show, so I decided to put that in.

About fitting into the events of the thread, I don't think it's absolutely necessary unless someone asks you something. Otherwise, you can be like me and check in a couple times a day. I mean, I haven't really been posting much on here lately myself, so yeah.

Yeah... I don't know what house you want join but they are probably mainly getting filled, and modern firearms aren't in this, neither is the military similar to modern day, you need WAY more detail... and other things as well that involved his reaction to the Sisters disappearance and him joining a house and other detail things.

It's called trolling, and I'm pretty sure that's what he's doing. 

 

And by iteration, I think he's implying either a) he's making OCs again the again, or b ) he intentionally wants them to be shot down by critiques, which he believes are repetitive.

Honestly, this was my second choice bio, and not being a fan if tragic past where everypony/body dies, I really don't have much I can do.

Yeah, this RP's kinda picky, considering the intricacies and the canon we try to follow and the advanced, complicated nature it will turn out to be itself. And it's a grimdark RP, so tragic pasts are going to be just the tip of the dungheap compared to what might happen during the RP.

Okay, so what do we do once it gets started? Will we be prompted to start directed scenes, or do we just throw our characters into their daily grinds?

You'll decide where your character is, depending on how your Storyteller starts your faction off. Your storyteller might mention how armies are placed, or secret plans, and you'll have to place your character accordingly. You'll probably have some freedom with exactly where he/she goes, though.

Don't worry as with most MLP fans Scholar and Anon aren't that harsh, their just really dedicated to making this RP work out. So the "minor difficulties" are probably not going to be that big of a deal.

Sorry but Scholar is gonna want more than that. Try looking at some of the other OC's to get a decent idea of length. And to help, you can do into more detail about what happened in his life and maybe try explaining what he did in house Everfree. 

 

There is a problem though. If hes 27 that means he would of been 12 when the Sisters disappeared. He could of never joined the Royal guard before their disappearance. And since he was an Earthpony I doubt he stayed in Canterlot for long. You are probably gonna need to change up his early life to reflect much of this.

 

EDIT: Or you could make him older...

On starting, the Mods will be the first to post (or we may give our beginning posts to scholar who will post them all at once like we did last time). We will either post our beginning "intros" ,where its basically just exposition and we may say whats gonna happen and where the players will begin, then you will start in an appropriate off and do as you please. UNLESS your mod tells you where you will start, usually they will say in the intro. They cannot have complete control of your OC but if they have planned something they may guide you and say what you can or should do but you still have freedom. Just don't do anything stupid.
