OOC Thread

 

 

First we need to go over the rules:

 

Rules::

-keep it PG-13 (there are FEW acceptions)
-Don't over do the Drama
-no drugs
-you may not use alcohol
-no god modding
-no Mary/Gary sues/steus
-no grim dark or clop scenario
-no controlling ANYPONY unless you are given permission by other person
-no killing one another
-no extremely powerful magic (ex:explotion magic)
-NO NUKES, TNT, or dynamite
-no extreme change in scenario or plot twists unless given permission by DM (me)
-no changelings, dragons or other powerful antagonist creature
-you are definitely ABLE to be a griffon, or crystal pony

Swinging walked to school the same way he always did, bored and wishing he were somewhere else. "Celestia, school sucks so much..." He said to himself. The only reason he would want to go to school is to get it over with and go home. He had way too much that he wanted to do, he couldn't be stuck at school all day.

Quartz Rose trotted next to Frozen Fire on the way to school. "What's your hurry Quartz?" Frozen Fire queried. "High School are the best years of life, at least that's what it's like for ponies as pretty as me and like me." Quartz answered. She cantered off towards the school.

Splinter happily approached the school as always. He hadn't made very many friends yet, but hey.. Quality over quantity, am I right? He caught up to a hot pink mare. Surprisingly, he never noticed her before! ''Um.. Hi!'' He said in his usual tone. ''What's your name?'' Splinter asked curiously.

"Quartz Rose, what is yours." Quartz said politely. She slowed down to a trot and looked at him with her teal-turquiose eyes. She wore her rosy pink bow in her curled mane. Her tail was also curled.

 

Frozen Fire walked alone, thinking about his dream of becoming a wonderbolt when he was older.

Emerald walked into the school, dredding every step she took. Her grey eyes looked around the school in amazement. This place was noyhing like she had imagined, or was it? None of the students had seem to take note of her. Emerald sighed, thinking of how bad this day was going to go. After all, she had never gone to a real school before and as a plus to her loseryness, Emerald only got in because of a dumb scholership. 'Oof' Emerald had collided with Frizen Fire. "Oh, I'm so sorry!" She quickly apologized.

He asked before tripping over a history book and crashing into the floor. ''I'm fine, this happens a lot.'' Splinter said, pulling himself back up.

@Emerald <3: Frozen Fire turned, "It's okay, and what's your name I've never seen you before." Frozen Fire asked, he smiled ay her in a friendly fashion.

 

@Calirolls: "I've been going here since high school started..." Quartz Rose neighs and shakes his hoof slowly. She lloked at him when he feel then said, "We nearly here I don't want to be late." Quartz Rose trots off into the school, seeming to vanish into the school as she went to her locker.

Orion Skies took a deep breath before taking his first steps on the high school campus. He was nervous, but he knew he was ready. He spent hours on end studying everything he can to help him excel here. He had good hopes as far as the academics went. But socially... he was very unsure.

 

He was not really the talkative, funny, outgoing kind of stallion. He was not sure what kind of friends he would be able to make. But regardless, he was determined to give it all his best shot this year.

 

He saw a decently sized group of students, who appeared to be just as new as he was.

 

He decided to come up to them and instigate conversation.

 

"Hey guys! I'm kind of new here. Um, my name's Orion Skies..." Orion began introducing himself to the little crowd, rather awkwardly. "What's are yours?"

Repsol was trotting on his way to school. it was his first day as a freshpony, and he didn't really like this. Sure, he had plenty of friends at his old school, but none of them actually chose the same highschool as Repsol. And eventough Repsol was pretty quick to make friends usually, it didn't take away that the first schoolday of the year brought some nerves with it.

okay buddy, just play it cool. you'll make tons of friends once you get to know some ponies... Repsol thought to himself as he turned from the streets onto the schoolyard.

He made sure not to look too nervous as he trotted past some older ponies standing in front of the school. They didn't do anything in particular, but they still came over as pretty intimidating to repsol.

Once he made his way inside the school building, Repsol imediately made his way to his locker. He had his saddlebags packed to the point where they almost burst from hsi side with books, and he needed to put them away somewhere ASAP. He always tried to bring all his books over to school on the first day, that way he didn't have to take books to school everyday.

 

After he got rid of his books, he decided to go search for somepony to talk to. if he was going to survive freshpony year, he needed to make friends.

After a while he noticed a small group of ponies chatting about. Some seemed to be in higher classes then Repsol tough so he wasn't too sure on how to approach.

Another stallion seemed to have gotten there before him tough, and Repsol sighed in defeat.

no point in joining a conversation that's already full. He thought as he turned back to the school. He decided to lay low for a while... maybe get to know the surroundings a little better. 

With that thought in mind he trotted away on his way to the cafetaria. 

There must be something to do over there, right?

Swinging noticed a pony off in the distance, and decided to follow him. "Maybe he knows where he's going..." He said to himself. He was going to be completely lost if he didn't look for help. Besides, I could make a new friend if I get to know this guy. He thought. He would just talk to his old friends, but he couldn't find them for whatever reason, so he decided to work on making new ones.

Pink Mist trotted to the big campus before her, hoping with all her might that the students would be nice and welcoming here. She didn't like having to deal with bullies or anything like that.

 

Just play it cool Mist. Be nice and try to start a conversation, then maybe you'll make some new friends.

 

She noticed a small group of students together in the school as she walked in. She decided to walk over, introduce herself and just let things flow.

 

Um hello. My name's Pink Mist, and I'm new here. What about you guys?

Sugar Snow flew to school, her saddlebags full and landed outside the school. She trotted inside and ignored the stares of many ponies as they noticed she was an alicorn. She felt like she was hogging attention and it made her very uncomfortable.

Pink noticed an ALICORN walking by.

 

Wow I've never seen an alicorn before in person. Just the princess from afar. Oh this is great. But she looks kind of scared. I'm just gonna come up and talk to her casually. Don't want to scare her more.

Orion turned to noticed a bright pink mare walk by him, as she too was introducing herself to the busy group of new students. Orion sighed in relief at the fact that he was not the only lost and wanting to make some friends here.

 

He decided to be the first one to welcome her.

 

He turned towards the mare, giving her his best warm smile.

 

"Oh hi there! Um...Pink Mist, right? My name's Orion!" Orion said, introducing himself to the bright pink mare. "It's nice to meet you!"

"I just don't feel right being an alicorn and no one else but the principal here is an alicorn.." Sugar Snow sighed half to herself. She fiddled with her lock and sighed putting most of her books and notebooks away.

Well that already went much better than I had expected.  Orion Skies humorously thought to himself. No pony has really acknowledged his presence throughout the most part of his life unfortunately. That was one of the main things he wanted to change for his time here. To try and really make some friends that he could truly rely on.

 

"The pleasure is all mine" Orion smiled as he replied. "Um, what school did you used to go to before this, if you don't mind me asking?"

 

He then turned to see, to his great surprise, a alicorn in his presence! He was pretty blown away as he was not used to seeing such ponies, especially not ones attending such a high school.

 

 

"Oh, uhh, hi I'm Sugar Snow, nice to meet uh you..." Sugar Snow said. She shuffled her hooves and sighed. "I just don't feel right being an alicorn and no one else but the principal here is an alicorn.." Sugar Snow sighed half to herself. She fiddled with her lock and sighed putting most of her books and notebooks away.

 

"Oh hi there....um, Sugar Snow! And where do you come from?" Orion asked in amazement. "Alicorns are not exactly common around here, at least from my early experience."

She was glad that somepony had finally started talking to her. 

 

So far so good. If I keep this up I might make a new friend. Hopefully I'll be able to stop thinking about my old friends so much.

Game Design had just stepped out of a carriage his parents had paid for. He was being transfered to Canterlot High. He let out a heay sigh. He had let alot of things back at celestias School for the gifted. Twilight being the most important. He decided he would at least try to make the best of it. He slowly began to walk to the school. As he did, he noticed a brite pink mare talking to a dark brown pony. He was a little taller then the two, but he was used to that, even though he was a unicorn. He figured that he could talk to them and get a tour around the school. With a little hesitiation he trotted up to them.

 

"Excuse me." He said as he looked at the two.

 

"I dont mean to interrupt, but I'm new here and i was hoping one of you mite give me a tour of the place." He smile as he looked at the two waiting for a reply.

 Game turned at the sound of somepony's voice. He smiled to notice a new pony. He turned and smile.

 

"Well hi there." Game exclaimed 

 

"Whats your name stranger?' Game smiled as he looked at the pony awaiting the mare answer. Before the other pony could answer, he noticed a book in his bag. He could read the words that looked as if they said creepypasta on it.

 

"Nice choice of books." He said still smiling

"Yes this is my second year along with Quartz Rose. Don't cry! It's fine their are lots of new ponies!" Frozen Fire seemed kind of frantic and he blushed in embarresment himself. "I can show you to your first classroom." Frozen Fire offered Emerald kindly.

Emerald blushed. "Th-thanks. That's super kind of you." Emerald dug arond in her saddlebag-which was white and covered in dirt. "Here!" Emerald excalamed, prodcing her scheduale and handing it to Frozen Fire. "I know you won't be in any of my classes, since your a grade higher than me. But maybe we have the same lunch!"

Orion Skies turned to the direction of yet another newcomer. "Oh no worries! It's fine. You didn't really interrupt." Orion reassured the young stallion. "As for knowing my way around here, I'm sorry but I'm just as clueless as the next pony. I just barely arrived here not even a minute ago." Orion explained, feeling bad he could not be of much help. 

 

 

"Well uh....hi Orion, I come from Canterlot and and uhh yeah and umm errr." She closed her locker slowly and closed it and then turned to them. "Don't want to be late, Principal Seamist doesn't like when the techers report when I'm late, so I'm off." Sugar Snow trots away skittishly

 

 

"Well it was nice meeting ya!" Orion called out to her as she trotted away. He let out a soft sigh. Not again. This is the second time this has happened. Well, I hope she was serious when she said she would be late.

 

Weird though, considering how often I usually come to school early. Orion thought curiously to himself.

 

He turn back towards Pink Mist. "It's really strange. In all my early years spent at Canterlot, I have never once seen any other alicorns besides the two princesses..." Orion pondered out loud.

 

 

Never take games for free from old people.. That'll be good to remember. Splinter thought as he looked up from the book and noticed a group of three ponies. One of which was an alicorn who had been trotting away. Eh.. Couldn't hurt. He thought as he approached the group of three. ''Um.. Hi!'
