The only thing that bothers me is that her face look... wide. But great job, I couldn't do better! (I really like her mane!)

Looks amazing! I'm impressed with how you pulled this off. Her mane looks great, her expression looks nice, and I like your style here. Her eyes seem a little small though and like the above user said, the face is kind of widish. 

 

But other than that, you did a great job here!

But yes, is neat. And having green background i think, brings Fluttershy stand out even more.
