Could this be Scootaloo's house & room?

So I was watching One Bad Apple then I notice something. About the middle of the episode the CMC are in somponys room brainstorming what to do about Babs. We've never seen this house or room before and it's obviously not Sweet Apple Acres or Carousel Bouquet. 

 

Could this possibly be Scootaloo's house? Or am I just grasping at straws here?

It's Sweetie Belles house, look there's her father out the front fishing on the dock too. It isn't Scootaloo's, I am sure of that c:

That is Sweetie Belle's house, since that is her father out there fishing for some reason. Since, we haven't seen where Scootaloo lives or even if she has a house that is definitely not her house.

Personally I'm more concerned about how poorly that house is built. Someone is gonna die in there. The bottom is way too small to support the top. o__o

Sweetie Bell may go to, Carousel Bouquet a lot to see Rarity, but she does not live there. Remember, in Sister Hoof Social, Sweetie Bell's parents drooped her off there, so Rarity could watch her. Also that's her dad out-side.

 

Another thing is there is a severe lack of Rainbow Dash stuff in this room. I expect the wall paper to be Rainbow and all kinda of photos all over the room of Rainbow Dash.

Nope. It's actually Sweetie Belle's house, her father is even outside fishing on the docks. Plus, the room has a disturbing lack of Rainbow Dash. Sweetie Belle may go visit Rarity at Carousel Boutique but that doesn't mean she lives there. 

 

So, no, it is not Scootaloo's house or room.

Yep, I always imagine Scootaloo's room to look like this, except even more extreme

I do hope we get to see her house and family in S4, although it's also fun being free to speculate.

Asides from her dad, the interior is slightly too pink and reminiscent of Sweetie's color scheme. A tomboy's room isn't gonna look quite the same, to me.
