searching Torn: A Dr. Whooves RP

This is my first attempt at a Dr. Whooves RP. Sooo, here we go

 

 

Time...it is everywhere. It is what keeps the world in balance. The Doctor is the only one who truly knows what time is. Time is a mere fabric, which cannot be torn. If the fabric of time is torn, the whole world will be frozen...in time. 

 

Now, the fabric is time is slowly tearing on both sides as "the end" is approaching. The Doctor thought he could handle it on his own. He decided to clone himself so there would be two of the same Doctor. However, as the real Doctor was trying to repair the fabric, dark magic leaked out from the negative dimension and possessed him, thus making him: The Dark Doctor. The Dark Doctor, instead of repairing the fabric of time, tore it even further and more things started to happen. He also stole the Tartis. 

 

The Doctor's Clone, who still maintained The Real Doctor's personality and traits sought out his crew in order to save time and ultimately, the world. 

 

Together you and The Doctor's Clone, must regain The Real Doctor, recover the Tartis, and ultimately, repair the fabric of time in order to save the world. 

 

Places to go 

 

Past Equestria: The time when Discord ruled over Equestria. West side of the fabric of time

Present Day Equestria: Current time 

Future Equestria: Industrious, somewhat ruined. East side of the fabric of time

I'd love to be in on this. Especially if the Doc would visit the future. It could be the same future that Galatea and Ariel lived in before coming to present-day Ponyville. It could even be the time before Ariel went insane! Timey-wimey for the win!

I feel I could give this a shot. Mind if I lob in a kind of hero, kinda villain OC? He kinda bears two names, so I'll forgo my usual linking to a character page tradition of making the name the link, and just make it this word here. Look at that 'here'. See its lovely blue hue and underlining? It is a link!

 

But anyway, yeah. He serves as something of a hero and a villain, in a way.

Are you expecting members to have an explicit knowledge of the Doctor Who universe?  I'd consider making/adapting an OC for this or offering to control Colgate/Twilight, but I don't know much about Doctor Who besides what is in the Doctor Whooves and Assistant and Doctor Whooves Adventures radio plays (as well as what is in the first episode of the official reboot).

 

EDIT: I also thought that it would be amusing to mention that because of the way the R and M in the title are close together, I thought that it was 'Tom: A Dr Whooves RP' and assumed that it was some epic Doctor Whooves adventure with Tom the Rock.

Well, since I assume that the players of the Doctor's assistants would be expected to have a fair knowledge of Doctor Who, I probably shouldn't take Colgate.  I also don't think I could do Twilight's personality well, so I wouldn't take her.  In that case, I'd probably either make an OC or adapt my existing OC to play as.

Well, you can still try to RP as Colgate. Just think of her as a secondary assistant for The Doctor. Besides, she does know some time spells. It's up to you. I don't want you to be left out since you posted.

Yeah, we're still open for taking in OCs. Princess Twilight Sparkle is open, even though some one is playing her. The person who has her is also in with one of her OCs.
