Granite grumbles indignantly as he climbs up the rubble after her, sounding almost irritated by the nickname.  "My name is Granite, by the way.  Well...  Yeah, go with that."  Something in the back of his mind told him, as it always did, that Granite wasn't his actual name.  But, like always, he couldn't recall what his name was supposed to be.  Only that his original master had named him Granite to remind him of what he was.

 

As he reaches the top of the rubble, he stares down at the store she had referred to.  "Hmmm.  What do we have here?"  He had to admit that he was intrigued by what Mael had discovered.  Most of the buildings he had seen had either been destroyed or looted down to nearly nothing.  To think that they may have actually found an untouched store was a very bright prospect.  Without waiting for an actual answer he starts to skid down the pile of rubble in the direction of the store, the golem's curiosity getting the better of his caution.
