Latest upload (05/24 & 05/25): OC: Inclement Blitz; OC: Brechard

 

A'ight, so I made me an art thread over at Everypony and thought to myself, "Hey, self, why not at MLPF?"

 

...Well, I came up with a couple of reasons why - biggest one being that I could never measure up to the amazing artists on these boards such as Motion Spark, Kenniks, KitKat, CITRUS KING46, et al. - but I guess since I've already gotten some positive responses from folks at EPF, I might as well throw my proverbial fedora into the artist's ring around here as well.

 

That said, if you like what you see, feel free to subscribe to this thread...I mean, i-if that's okay...

 

If you don't like what you see, then I honestly can't blame you.

That's actually pretty good stuff you got there (there are some minor hiccups in term of leg joints and wings, but nothing major).

I like you OC desins too, very memorable.

That's actually pretty good stuff you got there (there are some minor hiccups in term of leg joints and wings, but nothing major).

I like you OC desins too, very memorable.

Thanks, glad you like my designs! And yeah, the leg joints have always been really confusing to me, especially the fore legs. It's not so bad when I'm just drawing a pony standing on all fours, but when one is doing something with their fore legs, I'm never quite sure where joints should fall.

Anyway, I'm not too big into requests to the point where I'd open up my own 'request shop' thread, but I'll occasionally be free enough to give them a try, if people really like my (cheap imitation of Faust's) style that much and want me to do something for them. If you have something in mind, let me know and I'll be glad to take a crack at it.

Doesn't sound like much of a problem, it just might take a few days since I'm only free to work on this sort of stuff in the evenings. I noticed in the first picture that the size/width of the legs/forehooves is a bit irregular. The 'arms' are a bit thinner than the back legs, etc. Just a little bit, though.

 

Otherwise, great work! Keep on posting here, I'll be happy to drop in here once again once you post some more.

I wouldn't know if it's all that unique, myself - for the most part I'm still pretty much just ripping off Faust's style, but I guess I do see some minor differences in proportion where a little bit of "me" is shining through. Glad y'all like, though.
