"I am currently going to the Royal Academy, but I wouldn't call myself  a soldier type yet," Golden says before chuckling a bit and admitting, "that fight... was my first real fight against something really dangerous, you probably have more experience then I will for a while yet but yes I understand what you mean by classified."

 

The stallion was considering his necklace, having been using his uniform to slowly clean and polish it up. He listened and considered what the stallion says before asking, "Will Poe be a pony I need to worry about? I don't want any issues nor possible harm to come to others. If I ever need to restrain you or him I will, as such I hope he behaves."

David smiled, then chuckled, then started laughing before he caught himself and stopped. "I'm very sorry about that, it just that Poe is...unpredictable. He could be one of the nicest ponies you meet one moment, then he'll be the deadliest adversary the next. While I'm more of the soldierly type, driven by logic and and reasoning, Poe is more emotional. He goes with what ever is happening at the moment. If he's feeling feisty, he'll try and create havoc and chaos, though when he does this, I've found a way to cause him a migraine that could knock a dragon down. I can usually restrain him."

To Golden, Jay added, "Jinx has been in my head ever since I was a filly. She only wants to look after me. I know that they want to cure me, and take her away, but I'd really be sad if they did that. Jinx is my only friend."

Golden Dawn seemed to accept this, though he made a mental note to keep an eye on David while he was working. The stallion seemed honest enough but he had been told to be careful about encouraging any delusions a patient may have and says, "Just understand I will intervene if I feel I should."

 

The stallion gave the pony a serious look but a smile could be seem just a bit before he turns to look to Jay and say, "would you excuse me I want to make sure Jay is okay and then I'm going to look for Dr. Brindle," He was concerned that perhaps the doctor may be hurt somwhere, as he couldn't think of any other reason he wasn't here by now. Though it was possible he was in his office and just hadn't been told what was going on.

"And that's where I come in," put in Jay. "I teach them better manners."

 

"I know, Jinx," Jay replied. Her tears had stopped and she was looking happier. "You're the best friend I ever had."

Vokun's ears pricked as he heard Jinx's admission. The Wraith hissed and stomped over to Jay/Jinx.. 

"You...lie" Vokun grumbled, having forgotten the words that went in between those two words. Vokun's eyes flashed as the necromanced corpse bared his teeth

"Jay's not lying! You just got your facts wrong, so why can't you just admit it? While you're wasting time going after Jay, the real guilty party is just getting away with it, and you're letting them cuz you can't admit that you were wrong to accuse Jay!"

"She created you" Vokun murmured, his obsessed mind drawing conclusions everywhere. This one was the daughter of the one who killed his family, she deserved to be punished. Still, a tiny part of his head wondered if he was wrong, if he was overreacting

"But that doesn't make any sense," The pegasus said trying to understand how a pony can just age in minutes without, well something like an age spell. Though if he was honest with himself he didn't know much about age spells, or more how they worked. Again he found himself making mental notes on what he was learning to talk with the doctor on when he finds him.

"Well I will my word not will never bring you harm and if you need a pony to talk to I will listen," Golden offers with a bow of his head before adding, "as every pony needs more then a friend in their head." The stallion knew he couldn't encourage her towards seclusion that would come from Jay treating Jinx as her only friend and he would offer friendship to the mare to make sure of it.

"Stop," Golden exclaimed getting between the to and looking to Vokun, "Jay is not your enemy. I believe if we consider the facts we can prove it. First why are you accusing her, what has happened to that would lead you to believe she has something to do with anything involving your life?"

@@EquestrianScholar, "Thank you," Jay said, gratefully. She looked at Vokun, worriedly. She knew that he was wrong, but would anypony except Jinx believe her? Jay had led a fairly insular life since Jinx had appeared. She'd shunned the company of other ponies, believing that they were going to hurt her; and of course, some did, which only strengthened the belief.

Vokun ignored the logic and continued on his train of thought. 

"Family...blood...all the same" Vokun murmured, quickly losing his grip on modern Equestrian as he delved into franticness. "She killed them...he killed them...their blood in my hooves" Vokun said, hitting the floor as tears left his eyes

"My guess is that I used more magic than I actually had. So my body used it's own life to keep the spell going." He said, shrugging his shoulders. "Though I'm not a high level unicorn, so this is definitely strange. But it beats laying on the floor bleeding to death." He added, the last sentence with a more or less worry free attitude.

"Lie...bad blood" Vokun said, stopping his sobbing so he could glare at Jay. There was little more the Wraith could do besides that. Vokun was no fool, he knew he'd be in chains if he set a hoof on her. But she taunted him with her very presence, polluting his mind

@, Jay sobbed, knowing she was innocent and not being able to do a thing to prove it. Once again, the tears only came from one eye. With the other eye, Jinx glared at Vokun.

 

"Well, I hope you're proud of yourself!" she snapped. "Throwing baseless accusations at an innocent mare. Jay is telling the truth. What point would there be in lying? If anypony has bad blood, it's you!"

Golden sighs, his annoyance at Vokun starting to wear through his professionalism as he was beginning to lose his patience but after taking a deep breath he asks, "What would it take to prove Jay is not the mare your looking for, that neither she nor her parents had anything to do with the tragedy you have experience? If you wish I can even seeing about finding information on your family's deaths, perhaps even try and find the killer. That and how about seeing for yourself that Jay's parents look nothing like the killer thus proving your paranoia is unjustified, would that satisfy you enough to promise to leave Jay alone Vokun?"

Vokun snorted and finally relented, nodding his head in understanding. Jay still gave him an odd feeling, but he would leave her alone...for now. The Wraith then swallowed his pride and asked for help. 

"Shilta wux anku ve Equestrian?" Vokun asked, quickly correcting himself. "Can you teach me Equestrian?" Vokun said, the unnatural language, hurting his throat

David had long ago gotten pretty tired of all the talking and everything going on. He had finally managed to find his way back to the room he had originally slept in. Walking inside, he went straight over to the closest bed that didn't look like it was being used and went to sleep.
