Blitz was hit so hard, that he lost his hold of his staff in his telekinetic grip and plummeted to the ground. As he fell, thoughts filled his mind. "Maybe Thunder was right, I wasn't prepared for this." He thought. "No Blitz, don't say that, I trained you for three months. Don't give up so soon. You can do this! You can win!" Thunder's voice echoed in his mind. "But Thunder, I've received several hard hits..." He said in his mind. "Doesn't matter. Pony up and finish the fight!" Thunder Dash yelled in his mind. "You're right Thunder! I won't lose! This one's for Thunder!" He shouted as he got a burst of energy and shot back up towards Sole with his double-edged staff pointed like a spear. He knew Sole would dodge, but still didn't know which way. He faked left and jutted his staff into Sole.

 

(Hopefully that wasn't OP. I'll edit if necessary)

 

"A smashing recovery by Electra Blitz!" Topaz commentated. "The champion might not have such an easy time with this one!"

 

Stone heart stood up. She couldn't watch the fight. Caused her to much stress. So she walked out of the choatic crowds.

She made herself down a random hall. She tried to find a bathroom just to wash her face or something. But there where none in sight. "am in some wierd faculty area?" Mumbled stone.

"Put me down, you tin can! Come on! Let me go!" An unfamiliar voice shouted. From the direction of the voice, Gatasubal's lumbering form could be seen turning the corner into the hallway. In one of its massive claws, it gripped the entire torso of a green unicorn, holding him up as if he were a small stuffed animal.

@, Selune rose an eyebrow... she knew all those techniques of reconessaince. However she would never reveal something of importance. "So guys... names... come on... some of you haven't mentioned them. Selune Darkeye here from Manehatten. Hope we have a good fight when the time comes."

Tempest stood up, and simply smirked. "Is that all? I'm just getting warmed up." He said. The cyan pegesus then slammed his hooves into the ground, and tendrils of his aura broke through the ground. They then fired straight at Thunder.

 

Xena watched the fight from Tempest's point of view, and simply smirked. "He's grown stronger in his capabilities to use his aura, but he still has much to learn." He thought.

"Blue Hurricane, fastest in the universe" Blue said, extending a hoof with a smile. Mentally, he was screaming obsenities and it was all he could do to keep himself from vomiting. "I hope I'll defeat all when the time comes, then again, I don't need to hope for the certain" Blue smirked

@, "Confidence i see! Well that's good someone has it... but you never know... Well it doesn't matter how fast you are if you can't see." She said winking and giggling a bit, oh she enjoyed very much having hidden aces in her sleeves but she enjoyed being funny too... "Well my dear i hope then that we have as many fights as possible between us... honestly... the more fights, the more we learn, the better we become! Fighting is an art... we must not be prisoners to it's design!"

as blitz shot at sole, he didn't move. "So... You won't stay down huh?" He mumbled, as he caught a glimps of stone leaving the crowd "damn... This is too much for her. I've gotta end it soon." He thought, just as the staff stabbed him in the gut., causing him to cough out blood. "You have your reasons... And I have mine. But for my family's sake... I can't allow myself to lose!" He growled, before gripping the staff and pulling it out of him. When he did, his arms began to glow with energy. It snaked up his arms, and through the staff, causing a electricity like effect to shock blitz. "Take this!" He finished, before finishing his attack by punching him in the head with all of his strength.

Blitz was sent back and slammed into the wall. He felt like giving up then and there. But he was doing this for his brother Thunder Dash. He was down on the ground, with his staff next to him. He felt his eyes slowly closing and he could hear his own heartbeat. He then slowly began to move. He was bruised and battered. "I...won't...give...up...just...YET!" Blitz shouted as he stood back up on his hind legs, which were wobbling. He then started to gather telekinetic energy and his body began to glow. All he could do now was wait. Charging would risk him losing the match.

Blitz was sent back and slammed into the wall. He felt like giving up then and there. But he was doing this for his brother Thunder Dash. He was down on the ground, with his staff next to him. He felt his eyes slowly closing and he could hear his own heartbeat. He then slowly began to move. He was bruised and battered. "I...won't...give...up...just...YET!" Blitz shouted as he stood back up on his hind legs, which were wobbling. He then started to gather telekinetic energy and his body began to glow. All he could do now was wait. sole watched as blitz stood up and began to glow "powering up for an attack huh? Not the best time to do that blitz. Now it's over!" He called, before charging at him and punching him in the head, before following up with a kick to the face. Each attack was even stronger due to being strengthened by his chaos magic.

Blitz was hit on the first, but dodged the second and got a hold of Sole in his telekinetic abilities. His energy was draining, so he had to finish off Sole as fast as he could. With Sole in his telekinetic grip, Blitz slammed him on the ground hard and stomped down hard on Sole's side, hard enough to almost break a rib. @,

Sole growled in pain as he felt the attack hit him hard, but he wasn't done, not by a long shot. "News flash... I can do that too!" He said, before using a telekinetic grip to throw blitz off of him and into the air. "Now it's time for you to go nighty night blitz." He said, as he caught him in a bear hug, pinning his wings to his back as he flew into the air. "Hope you don't get sick easy." He joked, before diving toward the ground while spinning for more momentum. "Blitz, meet the ground!" He finished, before releasing blitz, allowing him to slam into the ground with incredible force.

Thunder dodged the tendrils, rolling, and strafing left and right. Before jumping on one and using it to propel himself for a straight punch to tempests face. Sending tempest into the wall. He then flicked his wings sending a ton if air pressure at tempests.

 

 

The only thing stone saw was a giant robot...holding a unicorn "gastubal?" She questioned.

Blitz used a blast of telekinetic energy to slow the impact, but was a bit too late and still hit the ground hard face first. However, he was still releasing telekinetic energy with Sole still bear hugging him. He began to rise in the air and spin around. A tornado started to form. While it was forming, he was slowly trying to pry off of Sole's grip.

(Uhh.... I said sole released him before he hit the ground. He didn't fall with him.)

 

Sole kicked off of him and flew out of the tornado with such force that he slammed into the arena wall. "Ouch..." He mumbled, as he pried himself off, before summoning a ball of chaotic magic into his talons. "Eat this!" He called, before throwing it like a baseball at blitz.

Blitz was slowing down from the tornado. At the last second, he saw the ball of chaotic magic. He launched a blast of telekinetic energy and used his staff to pierce the ball. He could feel the chaotic energy moving all throughout his body. It was really hard to fight it. It was like a demon trying to possess him. He absorbed a little bit of the energy, yet was still injured from the remains. Blitz then eyed Sole. He then dove down, but faked the ground-touch, swooped back up and grabbed Sole right on the tail. He then began spinning him around, keeping his double-edged staff in his grip. After some time, he let him go flying towards a wall. He had his double-edged staff ready for the next move.

Blitz was slowing down from the tornado. At the last second, he saw the ball of chaotic magic. He launched a blast of telekinetic energy and used his staff to pierce the ball. He could feel the chaotic energy moving all throughout his body. It was really hard to fight it. It was like a demon trying to possess him. as sole was thrown at the wall he flipped around and kicked off of it, but instead of flying at blitz, he shot past him. And at the next wall he kicked off again, using his wings for momentum. He repeated this until he was an almost invisible blur. After a moment, he finally shot at blitz and punched him in the face like a rocket.

Tempest rolled to the side, dodging Thunder's attack. When he stood up, his eyes had dialated and his aura was growing more violent. "I was hoping that it wouldn't come to this, but it seems that I have no choice." He said, his voice a mixture of his own and Xena's. The cyan pegesus then let the aura beast take over, and his body began to change. A white streak appeared in Tempest's hair, and three tails grew from him. His body also increased in size slightly, and his teeth seemed to sharpen themselves.

 

Xena smirked as Tempest let him take over, and he charged at Thunder. He then hit said pegesus with a round kick to the side, sending him into a wall.

Blitz was hit hard and sent flipping around. He used this momentum for a roll attack. He then charged at Sole as he was rolled up in a ball. He had his staff charging right behind him. He then S-ed aroud Sole as his staff was aiming right for Sole's heart. It was only millimeters away from piercing Sole right through the chest.

Chivalry is currently taking the longest nap on a couch, he was so tired from getting here. He didn't notice the battles that were going on. Therefore, sadly, he would not be able to see what types of moves his 'future' opponents would have. He snored loudly as his dreamed a nice dream.

@, "Yo sleepy-face! Hey yo sleepy-face! Wake up!" she said as she tossed a small pebble on his hoof. Then she wondered if she could do a little prank in him. "Hey guys watch this..." she said giggling as she pulled out some matches out of her robe and lit one and placed upon the Earth pony's hoof. She could barely contain her laughs...

Thunder crashed into the wall, hacking.and coughing up dust. He got up and wiped his lip of blood before charging up and punched xena straight in the chest before whipping around to kick him in the face, drawing blood from xenas mouth. Then he used his for hoofs to stop as he brought his hind leg up, thunder sliding to his back and kicked xena straight in the chin. Then he used his wings to push him away before xena could attack.

Xena smirked, and landed on the grund. "That was the worst mistake you could've made." He said, as his aura began to float around him. The aura beast then concentrated it into a single highly condensed ball of pure aura. Xena then swallowed it whole, and his body began to expand. The floor underneath him also began to crack.

"Sounds like an interesting job. I'm the weather captain at Cloudsdale," the Pegasus said, before adding, "It's pretty time consuming, too much work if you ask me." Whiplash let out a faint chuckle, settling into her chair. The mare glanced at the monitors to see how the fights were progressing. "They're really getting into it," she murmured.

"I suppose they might be, but none of them are going all out. The general consensus in these tournaments, I've been told, is that fighters withhold strong techniques for dire situations in the early rounds, so as to provide more surprise later in the contest."

Thunder watched as it's body changed "ALRIGHT!" He said putting his hoof up again and getting a fight position "time to speed things up" he said. "Let's this do this!" Said the Pegasus getting pumped.

 

Blue frost cheered for his dad in the contestant room with the other fighters. "COME ON DADDY YOU CAN DO THIS" she cheered

"No, he can't" Blue laughed at the filly, though this time he was ready to dodge if she blasted ice at him. 

 

@, "Yo sleepy-face! Hey yo sleepy-face! Wake up!" she said as she tossed a small pebble on his hoof. "Okay, I think I like you now" Blue said, having gained some new respect for Selune. Only a little but still, more than towards any other contestant. Besides, "friendship" was key to defeating foes

Xena roared, and fired a massive beam of aura at Thunder. "This ends now." He thought. When the attack ended, the aura beast made his aura spread out, shrouding everything in the arena in a dark mist. Xena then waited to see if Thunder would be able to avoid one of his most devastating attacks.
