We have now filled the "Sterling Cloud" role.

 

I can add some more characters and lines in the next day or two for those still interested in the project but not happy with any of the roles currently listed.

Listening to your auditions, specifically #3, it seemed like a few words were overacted. That's my fault in scriptwriting by not putting enough details in and putting lines out of context for audition

They don't need to be delivered really fast, but not so slow you sound like James Earl Jones. I would say a little slower than normal. This is the kind of delivery (and maybe voice) that I had in mind

You decided a role before allowing others the chance to try out? I figured that decisions would be made after the deadline.

Well....damn.  I thought I'd have more time, at the least a day or two, and was going to post an audition myself when I got the voice where I wanted it.  Was really hyped for this project, I'm a big fan of FoE.

@@Sterity, I have to agree with what is being said. If the deadline is the end of the year, then we should wait for the end of the year to choose voices. Who knows? Maybe a later poster will have a voice like George Clooney.

You are correct and I am sorry for doing this. I was working on the assumption that the way it works in Hollywood was once you found the person for a part you give it to them even before auditions were over. I see now that I made a mistake in doing this and should not make my final choice until the deadline is past. I will not make this mistake again.

 

However, I have already promised the part to the actor and I am not going to go back on my word to him. The role is still filled. I will be adding some more audition lines for both male and female for those who still want to audition in the coming days, so stay tuned.


 

Also, just to be clear these are not paid positions.

 

I figured it was understood this was a fan project but just to be clear since I messed up with the deadline thing.
