Shield-bursting technology.

The bullet penetrates and causes confusion in the shield. This destabilizes the shield if one isn't strong enough.

It was designed to kill Unity Alicorns.

It is kind of hard when one has a giant shield dome. And the bullets travel at hypersonic speed and they only have a small glow.
