1. My favorite above all is: I don't know. Never really got to the point of making a list. But here are a few: Rias Gremory from Highschool DxD, Louise de La Valliere from Zero no Tsukaima, Tohka from Date a Live, Morgiana from Magi: Labryinth of Magic, Inori from Guilty Crown, Eucliwood Hellscythe from Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka? and lol that is all I can remember. watched way too much anime to remember all

For some reason I like the pre-timeskip Robin and Nami more than post-timeskip. It's like they got cheapened by fanservicey body changes (especially Nami's...uhh....chest). Tashigi is awesome before and after timeskip. Dem glasses.
