now i'll admit i was one of thee first people to ask for this.

and....I'm concerned.  like i mentioned as a nit pick.

a foot note, it would be nice if,

I wrote them off not doing it cause well, how fun could princess stuff really be?  I mean sure twilight learning to be politcal might be neat,

 

or going out as a agent of canterlot to a foreign land,

 

but like i'm really worried cause the fact they haven't done it, has been well,

not a big thing.

 

Sure it's one more to the pile of crap the writing staff has to get aroud to, but theitr's a mountain of that crap LOL.

This is game breaking.

Alicorn princess twilight, has lead to some goofy flight gags,

and I for one have been cool with that.

 

It's been a cool as hell season.

I think it depends on the writer. If the right writer who knows how to write Twilight, characterize her correctly, and have her take charge for once it could probably leave the question of Twilight doing her princess duties.

While McCarthy says it, there's a difference between being told she'll do princess duties and being shown she'll do princess duties. So far, her development has stagnated, and she's just the same character plus her wings. If it keeps going on for so long, it'll turn from anticipation to frustration.

 

I need to see this development first.

 

 

 

who would you go with?

Tough question. Personally, I'd go with any of the following:

1. Charlotte Fullerton. If she can use the writing and editing she did like from Suited for Success, then she can really tackle those issues and significantly develop her.
2. Dave Polski. He's great at visual comedy, and he's great at showing consequences from a comedic perspective. But as his comedy tends to sometimes be too wacky for the show's own good, I'm unsure.
3. Merriweather Williams. Simply because she's not someone who'll give consequences any slack. When it comes to lessons, she's easily the most blunt, and I think it suits Twilight's role (and hopefully development) nicely. If I see the quality of writing from her like in Adventure Time and FIM's Hearth's Warming Eve and Wonderbolts Academy, I'm all smiles.
