What made Celestia do that? What was the big deal in our world that lead to that decision? I need to know that because it is gonna help me pick a human character.

Here goes nothing . I haven't done much RP in my life. It is OK to not accept if you think I am too new for this RP and if it is made for professionals.

Name: Boiko Borisov 
Imortant stuff: When  the war started the СССР (USSR) has managed to add 51 countries into it's alliance. Every country became a communist state of the USSR. Bulgaria was no exception. At the time the prime minister was Boiko Borisov. He was keeping his country stable. The secretary general of the USSR hired him as an administrator to the Bulgarian state. Boiko Borisov's rank was set to General. He and ДАНС (Bulgarian intelligence) had acces to 250 "KV-15" tanks, 25 "Mig-500" planes, 110 "SFRO-10" drones and 10 "STAMBA" artillery units.

After the mysterious accident that had happened, everyone that Boiko knew got turned into ponies. Somehow he managed to stay a human. All of the war machines he had acces to got destroyed. There was only 1 "SFRO-10" drone left. Boiko has hidden it into a forest and covered it with leafs to give it camouflage. It is armed with 10 cruise missiles "STRK-4".

He is now living in a cave and is surviving by drinking water and eating whatever animal or plant he can find. Every day he is scouting the area around him with a camouflage suit.

Equipment: Crossbow with 30 arrows, silenced deagle with 7 bullets, a touchscreen romote for the drone, a hunting knife, 5 bandages, 2 antibiotic pills, 1000 year old "John walker" whiskey, 1 flash grenade, an axe, a gas mask and gloves.

Other useful info:
His father was assasinated.
He doesn't hate anyone else rather than his enemy ( by that I mean the other alliances and their members).
He can get really hostile if he feels he is in danger.

By all rights, just because someone is a Cupcake or a Muffin doesn't mean they are a newbie roleplayer, so I hope you don't restrict anyone based on their rank here. I've been roleplaying since I was a kid (going on 13+ years now) and I've tried a variety of game structures and types. Forum based rps, like this one, are where I got my start though. ^-^

Would I be able to join with Midnight Glimmer if I play her as a unicorn instead of an alicorn?

Age. Aprox. 42 standard years

Affiliation: United States Colonial Marine Corp. 

Service Record: Acheron-service record withheld. Titan-SSG Freeman valiantly engaged hostile anti-earth government terraformers and colonists, received 1 purple heart for injury sustained to lower leg, as a result of hostile small arms fire, earned USCM good conduct medal for evacuation of all earth friendly citizens on station (1st award) . Participated in the defense of the Mexico USCM base, during the xenos affection on earth. Earned the bronze star for valiant conduct in the evacuation of Mexico city. Returned to Earth with the USCM fleet, and participated in the liberation of Northern America from the Xenomorph infestation. 

 

Bio: Born 2113, no significant details surround birth.

       Graduated company based high school in 2128

       Enlisted for service in 2128 at Northern Pacific USCM recruitment center

Due to lengthy time spent in hyper sleep, the SSG. Is only 42 biological years of age, while chronologically he is nearer to his early 80s. 

 

Equipment: M41E pulse rifle (standard magazine capacity is 100 AP rounds, or standard HE or 75 rainbow tracer rounds),Standard USCM ground deployment loadout:7 magazines for M41E, 8 30mm grenades for under slung U-1 pump action grenade launcher. M3 combat armor gear. 

Status: after the "event" that changed most of earths human population into ponies, the USCM sent a recon ship in system in an attempt to evac. any remaining humans. SSG. Freeman and his fire team of 4 marines was last seen on approach to the city formerly known as Vancouver.  Contact has been currently lost with the SSG. and his fire team.

Youve been accepted No ponies dont have guns. Think of it as regular Ponyville. They dont know whats happening to the humans. Their memories have been washed out so yeah

Name: Geeth and Evans

Bio: Geeth and Evans, brother and sister. They were petty thugs, doing jobs for anyone, so as long as it was dangerous. Geeth and Evans were thrill seekers, always on the look out for something dangerous and stupid to do. So when a rather shady underground surgeon offered to improve them, how could they say no? In a process that took a month, the brother and sister pair were turned into cyborgs. While outwardly, they looked the same, they were different inwardly. 

 

The newly christened cyborgs went around, doing whatever they wanted and abusing their cybernetic power for all it was worth. Their cybernetics protected them from being affected by the ponification and this gave them enough confidence to try and kill Celestia. Not out of nobility, but for sport. Geeth and Evans failed miserably in their attempt and only just barely managed to escape. Geeth and Evans now hide out in the Southern Wastes near Los Pegasus, taking ocassional hunting trips into the city to kill. They don't need to eat or drink, but killing ponies is fun for them and gives them hope to survive the next day.

 

Equipment: Both have minor fighting experience, but not much skill. Despite looking like they are 13, they are actually 18 years old due to the cybernetics slowing aging. They have the strength and speed of a peak human. They have metal reinforcements that give them more durability than even the toughest human. 

 

Geeth specializes in kicking attacks but has two gems in her hands for desperate situations. These gems can drain the electrical energy that the body produces, meaning that if she grabs you, you lose energy.

 

Evans is focuses on punching attacks and has a hidden cannon in his left arm which can fire liquids under high pressure

 

Both cyborgs don't react to pain nor get tired. They are most comfortable in a team and have developed strategies to complement the other. 

 

They are both very cocky, take unecessary risks, and have minimal combat skill when separated. 

 

Other stuff: Geeth is a girl, Evans is a boy

They do truly love each other, but that's the only ones they love

They view other people in differing worths, depending on whether or not they agree with them
