Newbie 13 January 13, 2014 Share January 13, 2014 Hey there! I have a question: why do everyone think that VS is a "she"? Why not "he"? I think it suits much better... Yet, I know that it was not mentioned officially in the series, but maybe someone has proofs from some official source? I've also seen loads of VS-male artworks as well as VS-female. I'm sorry, I'm just confused with that.
Malinter 3,064 January 13, 2014 Share January 13, 2014 I think her size and build just makes it all more likely that Vinyl is female. 2 My OC's: Malinter, Rahl, Vengeful impact & alias-the-marked-one First fic i've written since forever here Skype: Malinter@Outlook.com "Defeating a sandwich only makes it tastier." most legendary quote ever. duidamasterXD 9,627 January 13, 2014 Share January 13, 2014 She's drawn in the female style, with the less blocky muzzle and eyelashes that are common for girl ponies such as the mane six. I don't think either gender is more suitable than the other, since we know nothing of her personality, I just go with what the show seems to point to her as.
Newbie 13 January 13, 2014 Author Share January 13, 2014 (edited) Well, alright, the size and build are good arguments about that... Would be really good to see that officially in the series though Edited January 13, 2014 by Newbie
Scootalove 10,689 January 13, 2014 Share January 13, 2014 I think it's how she is drawn and how mares usually look at times, I wouldn't say that it's not normal I think it's more common with how the show shows her as. ~StatesTheOblivious~ 1,795 January 13, 2014 Share January 13, 2014 (edited) Well, she even was a girl in Equestria Girls... ...so, given her pony design as well, I think it's a safe bet to say that she's a she. GenderIsAnIllusion 2,177 January 13, 2014 Share January 13, 2014 I'm actually leaning to Vinyl being a boy..... A smaller, more feminine boy... But still a boy. 2 My peep is against bullying.... Rappy0 338 January 13, 2014 Share January 13, 2014 (edited) They use the mare body model for her, take note of her curved snout. Only mares, young colts and fillies have curved snouts. Look at the stallion model they use here one Big Mac, notice the straight snout. They use the mare model for her, she's a mare. Forlong 1,726 January 13, 2014 Share January 13, 2014 Mares tend to have longer mane and tails, thinner legs, and smaller mussels. Check out my YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5qXAcUzrizEHvorGalU5jg?feature=watch
