They still have to be weak to fire. Its a trait that exists in all sybiotes genetically. They were creatures made in space, a place where sound waves and fire did not exist, so they never adapted resistance to them.

I know, I never said that they were completely immune, just that they're more resistant to it being the 4th and 5th generation of symbiotes to be born on earth (following the Venom symbiote's lineage of course)

Well unless they are constantly being exposed to fire, then their resistance of fire would not have gone up very much. Lets say about 5% more resistance, okay?

Sound on the other hand, that resistance would have gone up at least 50% since being exposed to sound is much more common then flames.

Sounds reasonable, though I'd prefer something more along 10% for fire since Venom did spend a reasonable amount of time around Vengeance, another "Ghost Rider" and Carnage liked to blow things up.
