Thy nuzzled light . ''bucking... mercury ..' she says and sighs trying to get up again and falls over. ''hel-'' she says then begins to cough horrably and slowly loses conconces as the same time as doctor volt. She really dident look well. Her body was very pale and her face looked of death.

((OOC: so sorry for taking so long, I'm still having extreme problems getting the surgery needed to keep me from dying. No luck on the matter, either. ))

A message was sent to BinaryPony. "Binary? We require your assistance in the Hamilton Museum. Get there as soon as possible." Said the voice.

 

"The jewel has done it." Said Light, angry. "It may have set two free, but it seems to have killed them." Sighed Light. "I will get the museum guards on it. They should know revival tactics." Said Dan.

"Thanks, Dan." Said Light, calming down.

"Thanks, Paladin." Said Dan to Paladin.

Light resumed his chat with Lee. "Good, that's good." He said. "Say? What's all this talk about a hive?" He inquired.

 

Dan ran to Golden and Starcover. "Please, calm down, Golden, it wasn't your fault." He said. He called out to Starcover. "That ain't gonna work you know?!" He called.

"C-c-calm down? What do you mean calm d-d-down? You're not the one that practically k-k-k ..." Golden couldn't finish her sentence as at that point she broke down crying.

 

"I think I know that already Detectice." Starcover muttered. He rubbed his head and headed back inside the museum.

"Golden, it isn't your fault." Said Dan. "Stuff like this happens all the time. So what, you let loose by accident every once in a while. It happens." Said Dan.

He turned to Starcover upon hearing her response. "Good." He stated blandly.

"I'm here, I'm here!" yells BinaryPony as he barges in. "What's the situation?" He walks over and is shocked to see the two dead bodies lying on the floor. "Okay... I'm gonna need time to calm down" Binary had not been around fresh dead bodies, he's been at the morgue, but he was not prepared for this. After few minutes, fighting back tears and breathing heavily from stress, he asks "I'm gonna need to know what happened here".

Dan shook hooves with Binary. "Hello Binary. Lieutenant Dan Morrow, homicide division." Said Dan. "What we have here is a homicide of a museum curator, and the fainting of two ponies after the breaking of a jewel. It's confusing, I know." Said Dan, confused, even for someone of his experience.

"It isn't my fault!? Look at what I did to Volt!" Golden shouted. She pointed a shaking hoof towards the fainted doctor. "Lookat that and tell me again it's not. My. Fault." Golden muttered quietly.

Thy wakes up coughing violently. Green blood flowed done her face as she vomited up the jewel. She weesed and got up and walked to the door sumbling a little. She needed to get out of here... or her organs are gonna fail.. . "Le..Let ... Me out...'' she says grumbling at the bubble as she layed in front of it panting and pointing her gun at light.

Once Binary had a grasp of what was going on, he knew what he had to do. He will use everything in his power to help. "I will make this case my top priority" Binary says. "Just tell me what you need analyzed, and I'll work with the guys back at the lab to see what we can find out.

(OOC: At this point, I imagine myself being like Little Guy from Trauma Team. Binary will work to unravel the truth behind the scenes, but he will come back for initial analyses.)

Dan looked at Golden sternly in the eye. "There is a large difference between accidents and acts committed on purpose. This was an accident, not on purpose. He's alive. I've checked." Said Dan.

Light shook his head. "Sorry, Thy. Healing spells will do for now." Said Light, bringing the guards for healing. He took back the jewel and cleaned it, handing it to Binary. "I need this jewel analyzed, to see what it is made of, and if it is indeed truly hexed." Requested Light of Binary.

"I know it was an accident but it doesn't feel like an accident. Know what I mean?" Golden tried to calm herself down by breathing and out slowly. It was working. "He's alive. That's good. Don't worry, I'm feeling much better now." Golden gave Dan a small smile. Looking ove his shoulder, she noticed Thy lying on the floor and a new pony. "Do you know what happened while I had my, er, breakdown?"

Golden's mouth formed a little 'o'. "Wow. So if both Thylacine and Doctor Volt entered a comatose state, then that means that they're connected to the Eye of Uadjit in some way. I am not kidding, those Egyptians need to be brought back here so taht I can sk them a few questions but that can't happen, sadly, because they've left Equestria."

Thy was laying on the floor frozen cold. It seemed everypony forgot about her and she was outside on the sidewalk.

Invisable to the world ponies walk around her not even seeing her. Thats why she wanted to go home because she knew this would happen.

They were seen issuing the threat and then leaving town immidiately afterwards getting on a plane. Unless they can fake security at the airport, they're gone and didn't do it. Also, the amulet has been taken care of, I saw to it personally that no one will see it until this case is over."

"Well, buck" says Binary, quite annoyed. "Looks I can't analyze it for prints. Oh, well. I guess it's for the better. I can see where things can go horribly wrong. But riddle me this, are the Egyptians really the only ones involved? How do we know they didn't hire a hitpony so they can leave and not cast suspicion on themselves?"
