He's good. However I"m putting a collor on his dragon shouts. He can only use unrelenting force once per day and call of valor once the in the RP and maybe again if it drages out. All other shouts are prohibited as then he'd just be OP. I'm also putting a collor on his skills. On magic you can only use his super powerful spells when in danger and can't use it to pick out Changelings. On his other things he can only access his skills as the leader of the Companions. So werewolf is a go but don't abuse it. I'll let him keep his speech skills though.
