Ponysona "Cloicorn"

Hey every pony!

I'm new here! My friends call me Cloe so when I made my first ponysona(today..haha)I decided to infuse it into the name.

I'm a professional artist so I thought it was only fitting to draw myself as an adult unicorn. My cutie mark is a pair of wings embracing an open sketchbook and pencil. Symbolizing "Freedom, creation, and imagination". 

So kinda the freedom to create.

I made myself sky blue......because...agh it's my favorite color >///<

Keep in mind this is just the ROUGH version and not the FINAL!

I forgot to post the final version here!! I'm so sorry! I finished inking/coloring/shading her! I had so much fun with this!

 

 

In other news I'm taking commissions for a limited time! I can't afford the high percentage they take out of my profits here though so if you'd like to get a commission of any sort pony or not please message me on my tumblr! You can also read more on commission prices there

When I get on my feet I'd like to start doing them here, but I really can't afford it

Haha, Thankyou! When I compare it to my final work I can't help but think of it as rough

Thanks! I have really thick, wavy, curly and sometimes awfully frizzy hair(when it dries after getting wet) so I decided to incorporate that into the design

 

I want to make a "messy hair day" version just for amusement hehe. It'd be funny to see with messy hair!!

 

 

Thanks for the compliment on my style! When I first started trying to draw mlp fanart I didn't like it that much but now I feel like I've found a style I enjoy drawing <3

I agree with your earlier comment that it looks a bit messy, but that adds to the design.  I wouldn't change it.  You could do really good with commissions here in the future.

I find it thrilling you actually refer to your creation as your ponysona rather than simply an OC. To me, that just makes the connection as a personal avatar more intimate and compelling.

Why Thank you Steel accord~! It seemed only fitting to call it my ponysona since I was drawing what I thought I would be/look like in the world of mlp: fim It definitely has a personal connection for me

haha, I would have drawn myself as a full on alicorn if I'd achieved my main dream of having a job in my field of study (media arts and animation). It's something I'm still working towards . Since I'm an adult and graduated college I wanted to draw myself as a sort of -almost- alicorn (a hybrid? XD) to visually connect age for myself

One day at a time sky heart Think about the newest episode of MLP: fim that came out this past weekend with Twilight.  If you continue to study and work hard, you're guaranteed to improve, it just depends on how much you want to work towards that goal
