Looking for: Suitable tools to create custom artwork

I'm looking for a piece of software that I can create good custom artwork with in order to make some new designs for my OC.

If you know any good ones then please leave them bellow. I will brohoof all the posts that have been helpful

there is this program called artrage. it's a really good program for digital art, i have been using it for a while now.

now i'm terrible at drawing, so you won't find a whole lot of that on here, but it's fun nonetheless

i don't know if it's free by the way... i just torrented a copy

 

also, people tend to like paint tool SAI a lot. 

i never really looked into that program so i wouldn't know if it's good or not.
