Thank you, I would like the help. Right now I'm working on part 2: Early battles of the Equestrian Civil War

and if you haven't read part 1 it is on the bottom of the very first post

Okay. I read part one. I'll throw some stuff your way soon (like today soon) Is it alright if I involve the Griffon Kingdom and Saddle Arabia? Do you want to use a map? Like the poster map of Eqeustria cause it might help if we define the terrain now

I would love to have a map showing the territories when the war started. Also if it is a Civil War, how would the other two nations work be a part of it.

Other nations would probebly get involved for their own interests. The winner would have a ot of power and could easly affect other lands. If Nightmare Moon won she would probebly go for world domination and other countries wouldn't like that at all. Or if Nightmare Moon tried to ally with other nations promsing (Insert thing here) she could get support.

Right now I am making a thread so we can work on this in private.

I love the map, I can highlight the nations in different colors to show the allies and factions.

This is what I think: Luna's Allies; Griffons, and maybe the buffalo. Celestia's allies: Zebra's, Horses (the Saddle Arabians). the other nations could be neutral or siding with the peace keepers.

Ok this is how it will start:

 

Lunar faction: The Lunar soldiers will start out in a training area where they will be told by a captain to meet up with their new squad leader, who is in the medical tent. He his not a patient but the medic. He will explain the mission when you get there. The squad leader is Times.

 

Celestial faction: The Celestial soldiers will start out in a camp with other troops. They have been given the task to guard the border from Lunar assault squads. There are other campsites near by but they may open fire if they think you are an enemy.

 

Peace Keepers: They will start off in a small camp site. The campsite is in Celestial Territory just out side of Canterlot. You have decided to camp out for the night and rest.

 

Each of the soldiers will be given ranks:

I will determine the Ranks of the characters in the army factions under 6 categories:

Weapon skills (up to 10 points)

Flight/Magic Skill ( up to 5 points)

Experience in combat (up to 20 points)

Durability (up to 15 points) 

Endurance (up to 15 points)

Strategy (up to 10 points)

 

Ranks: 

Recruit: 5 points

Private: 6 - 8 points

Corporal:  9- 13 points

Sergeant: 14- 18 points

2nd Lieutenant:  19- 28 points

Lieutenant: 29- 40 points

Commander: 41- 49 points

Captain: 50- 64 points

General: 65 - 74

General of the Army: 75 

 

Like Times' points would be:

Weapon skill: 8 points

Flight skills: 4 points

Experience in combat: 18 points

Durability: 10 points

Endurance: 14 points

Strategy: 9 points

 

so his total is: 63 (remember this is the alternate Timeline Times)

 

so he is a Captain

Overlord: Captain (58)

Ember: Commander (48)

Atlas: Captain (57)

I was in a rush when I was typing so I just typed what came to mind.

1.  High weapon skills
2.  high durability
3.  allot of Combat Experience
