It would all depend on what the benefit and dis-benefit of it is, who is getting killed, what situation/position you and he is at, what type of gun and equipment he has, and some other things that need to be thought of. But for if it's the common a guy with a ski mask, pulling a pistol on your head and tells you to kill a specific someone then if you are quick thinking grab the gun and disable/disarm him if possible and if you can't then do what you can to do anything. But if he instead rewards you and the person you are killing is also murdering or is a threat to the good of the world then maybe, but that all depends on you.
