What would you do if your favorite pony became a zombie and you had to kill them

I would kill her. You said that you have to kill them, what other choice would I have? I wouldn't go risking my own life, if that's what you were thinking. Shooting first and asking questions never is clearly the safest route to deal with such a situation. It would avoid putting me in harm's way, at least.

 

If I could guarantee with 100% certainty that there was a cure, I'd try to find one, if not, well, see the aforementioned solution.

I might hesitate briefly, but ultimately I would shoot them down if they were actively trying to attack/eat me, even if it was Fluttershy. I've read enough zombie stuff to realize that once that individual becomes a zombie, they aren't that person (or pony in this case) any longer but just something that looks like them. Trying to reason or save loved ones that have been reanimated as zombies has gotten more than a handful of survivors killed.

 

Now, if it was knowledgeable that the zombification could be reversed, then I would try and contain them. Hopefully tranq darts work on zombies.

Well, seeing that Rarity is so hated in the fandom i would propably not even have the time to start thinking about what to do. There would just be a giant mob of bronies with frothing mouths that would club her to death with everything that is in reach... :okiedokielokie:

 

So i guess my first priority would be to get her to a safe place and then ponder about a cure. I guess grabbing the rest of the mane6 to help would not hurt either.

 

Me, Applejack and Rainbow try to fight the killer-bronies off.

Twie works on a cure.

Flutters tends for Rares. (Depends on the kind of infection, if she would turn in some sort of living zombie someone has to keep her alive. Flutters has to keep her distance of course. I think it would be best to constrain her somehow.)

The Pinkienator would cook food and retrieves all sorts of weapons from her emergency-zombie-apocalypse-caches.

For Spike it would be better to stay away from the bronie-killing-field and from Zombie-Rares, he would not take that whole situation well, seeing how he feels for Rarity, so i guess Flutters and Pinkie would have to look for him too.

If Rainbow Dash got turned into a zombie, I would go look for one of the princesses, Zecora, or Discord to see if they could change her back. If everything else failed, I would see if she could be turned to stone until a cure was found. I couldn't possibly kill her.
