request Need name and cutie mark ideas

Hello, I am currently trying to find a name for my future OC, along with a cutie mark. The picture should be below.

Some background: My pony usually keeps to himself, though he is pretty normal around friends. He, like many pegasi, helps with the weather. He can hold his own in a fight, mostly using aerial attacks, though he avoids them when he can. He is a slightly above-average flier, though he doesn't care much for aerial tricks. He has entered races many times but only got first in one--above 5th in all of the rest. 

He wants to be a fast flier and a skilled weather-pony.

He spends most of his time flying just for the pleasure of it and sleeping on the closest cloud. He also enjoys hanging out with friends.

He does not particularly like working, but when he has to he gets it does as soon as he can.

Other ponies do not usually notice him much unless he is in the spotlight. He is trying to change that.

 

That is all I have for now.

I can adjust the background story for the pony if I like it, if need be.

Ah, sorry, the background was just spur-of-the-moment. 

To answer your questions: He wants to be a fast flier and a skilled weather-pony.
