Personality: She's a Friendly & Hyperactively Outgoing pony, who likes being surrounded by friends. Sometimes, she likes to pull a prank such as casting hail above someone.

 

A workaholic when making kinds of slushie, who often offers other pony to try her new slushie. But when she said something undelightful to somepony, she quickly apologize and make slushies for her and the somepony, which always turns out that the slushie tastes very horrible.

 

But she's a pony too, when she has a mental breakdown (stress), she become a whiner.

 

Backstory: She grew up in Canterlot with only her mother, Wind Crystal. She doesn't remember anything about her father because her father traveled few days after she was born, and never came back.

 

She earned her cutie mark as soon as she tried to freeze water in an exam, freezing the water instantly. Then she realized that she can manipulate Ice & Water easily.

 

Other: She travels a lot, so anypony won't be surprised if she live in many place.
