Flash Frozen

A unicorn from canterlot, special magic abilities, able to freeze and thaw water at will, as well as create a *slight* chill.

Special talent, ice skating, using his magic, he's able to ice skate on a thawed lake by freezing the water as he goes.

I have not created a cutie mark for him, so it's up to you whether or not you draw a cutie mark on him

To explain the eyes, my eyes aren't constant, and switch between green and blue, sometimes in the middle, and sometimes with one eye of each color.
