Quick question: would news of the fight between Terrakion and Keldeo have gotten out to the public, or was this an isolated event that only a few select people would have known about? 

It's a fairly isolated event. However, any given seeker may or may not have heard.

I was actually wondering if it would be ok for Tempest to join one of the cults. It wouldn't exactly be permanent, and it would be interesting to say the least.

You could most certainly follow either Reshiram or Zekrom. That'd be interesting, certainly. ^^

Funny thing is, there isn't a town description that states where the cult headquarters are. That is unless the seeker buildings have to do with the cults.

I'll allow you to stay if you sharpen up your posts. They're rather subpar when compared to what others are putting in terms of length and detail. If that's not possible, then yea. You'll have to leave.
