Nope, the promotion has ended. If you are lucky you may find some leftover but otherwise your best bet is probably eBay or Amazon.

I didn't find out about the MLP Happy Meal toys until the end the LAST week of availability.

 

However, I was not only able to get a complete collection, I also scored backups.

Yes, it's over. I'm sure they will come back with a new line later on. I imagine it's pretty lucrative as far as McDonald's toys go.
