I seem to picture Applejack as a sleepy drunk like the kind you often saw in the old school Loony Toons cartoons. I suppose I would get her to bed as soon as I can so that she can get a much needed good nights rest and I hopefully won't have to clean up any vomit. The next day I will probably try to convince Applejack why doing her usual chores that day might not be such a good idea and make sure she gets plenty of water (much of the symptoms of hangovers are caused by dehydration) and rest.

Put her to bed with a bucket, and when she wakes up, she'll be wanting some nice greasy hash browns with waffles, toast, and eggs.

I'd help her up the stairs and gently lead them to their bed. I'd then stay and talk with her until she inevitably falls asleep mid conversation and then probably go to sleep myself.

Twilight would be acting silly, but worried sick that Princess Celestia would be angry with her. I'd put her to bed, and have aspirin and  Gatorade ready for her the next day in case she woke up with a hangover. (Gatorade is good to replace lost electrolytes from drinking too much. That's part of what causes the headaches)

First of all, I'd be wondering why Flutters would be drunk in the first place...since she doesn't seem like the kind of pony that would usually drink...But I'd put that aside and tell her she should go to bed, and so I'd carry her to bed, even if she was slightly reluctant. After all, she'd being too drunk to walk. Then I'd fix her  some Gatorade, or a glass of water. Then tuck her into bed,,stroke her mane and kiss her good night  

 

 

 

 

On the other hoof...I could see her being rather forward and sure of herself and maybe more talkative. She'd be like Raj from Big Bang Theory.

First i would step down from the stool, untie the noose and put the rope back under my bed for later. Then i would immediately gather up all of the liquor and sleeping pills i could find.

Rainbow Dash would probably attempt to do a sonic rainboom while drunk, so I would more than likely have to pin her down on a bed to keep her from severely hurting herself, she would also probably go pick a FIGHT with one of the wonderbolts as well, since Dashie just seems like she would be the sort to be an angry drunk, and it also wouldn't surprise me one bit if she tried to "come onto me" and then when I say "Dashie, you drunk..lay down" she would probably get all emotional, and start crying claiming that I don't like her, which in that case I would just have to lay down with her while gently stroking her mane and telling her she is awesome until she eventually passes out.
