Well, I don't really have the time/energy to draw his character, but I figured I'd atleast take a stab at designing the cutie mark so that it could be used by someone else. From my experience, simply importing a cutie mark and then manipulating it to fit works so much better than trying to draw it right on the pony.

 

Not the cleanest of marks, but I don't do vectors, and, again, from my experience the cleanliness of the mark doesn't matter really when you shrink it down to fit inside the full image.
