Does Equestria have TV?

In the show we never see a TV, but in the comics it's implied that there is at least black and white TV:

I think they're still in the era of home projectors. No TV yet.

There's a home movie projector in "Hurricane Fluttershy", which is used to train the Pegasus ponies to create storms. And there's a movie theater. So it seems technologcally, Ponyville is in the 1910s or 1920s.

Sapphire Shores had what seemed to be a pretty slick special effects set up for her live show during For Whom The Sweetie Belle Tolls, akin to what performers in our day and age have. I dunno, Equestria's tech levels are virtually schizophrenic at times.

Don't be so quick to assume. In 'Hearts and Hooves Day' in their song, Sweetie Bell goes by the fan named pony "Button Mash" play a game on an arcade machine. That implies that they do have TV

They have arcades. I can't see a reason why they wouldn't have TV.
