Your Season 4 Highlights

Hey ya'll. season 4 is only days away, my question to ya'll is what are your highlights of mlp season 4?

(Going to be a long post)

 

For me it's categorize in songs, characters, parody and allusions and laughable/what the fudge moments

 

In songs: it's Apples to the Core, Goof off song, Discords song Glass of water and Bats

 

Apples to the core had the country traveling music rhythm, as well as puns, and allusions) at pinkie pies line mostly) the best pun would be swim not sink in which aright when she said sink she pulls out and tosses a sink. The song also has a catchy lyrics.

 

The Goof off would also be called Pinkie vs Cheese sandwhich: one of the reasons I like this song was the fact weird al was in it. The song got more funnier when they brought it boneless and gummy as real life object and animals. The finale of the song was Pinkie pie singing the piñata song on top of the piñata till the end result of it.

 

Discords song the Glass of water brought discord to the singing spotlight even while he is sick (faking it) but with him being Discord it brought the laughs to the viewers even when this is the first song discord sings in.

 

In Bats reason I like it was the rhythm of the music, and the fact that there is two sides to the song about bats which one side sees them as vicious creatures while the others are just helpful creatures.

 

Characters

Cheese Sandwich was an interesting character being the fact that he is similar to pinkie pie, one difference is that he is a traveling party pony. By far the Pony of shadows has yet to be seen again after it's hints at the end of castle mania.

 

Parody and allusions mention earlier the sink was featured as a allusion to the term pack everything but the kitchen sink in which they literally did. Slendermane was featured I the same episode as well as tiggers pounce, in season 4 best parodys and allusions for me would be power ponies (flutter hulk) castle mania (Scooby doo,) twilight time (walking dead,)

 

Laughable/what the fudge moments

By far the most laughable moment was pinkie pies rapping, that was very unexpected along with Pinkie. Pie doing shoja boy dance and literally sticking a cupcake in her eye.

My Season 4 highlights was when Rarity got episodes.

 

Honestly though, it'd be hard to pick unless I went through and marathoned every S4 episode which I don't really feel like doing.

 

I do like S4 though. The songs were some of my favorite in the show (Bats is probably my #1 song)

 

S2 is still my favorite but S4 would have to be my second favorite season.

 

Also Weird Al Yankovic voiced a character. That was awesome.

My Season 4 highlights started out with Rarity Takes Manehattan, then the other good episodes rolled in.

 

My favorite songs from Season 4 are The Goof Off, Pinkie's Lament, and Rarity's Generosity song.

 

So many good moments from this season alone, it's so hard to say goodbye.

This. Because early 90s rap.

And season 4 had a lot of highlights for me overall. From the entirety of testing,testing, 1,2,3; to rarity takes manehatten. This season in general felt like a real effort to return to the energetic bouncy cartoon horse show that I got on this ride for.

The Bats song has become one of my favorite songs of the show.

Rarity got better during the season too.

 

But especially Pinkie Pie playing the organ in Castle Mane-ia, this was just perfect.
