It's okay, but the transitions need some work. Also, the begining has way to much feedback and is very unclear. Also, you could've added some more bass, as it seems that treble took up most of the piece. I also feel that the tempo was a little too fast. Slow it down just a tad. 

 

All it all, it was a good piece but could use some work.
