pulmonary diseases

Hello everyone,

 

I haven't been around that much. I haven't forgotten the board. My mom just found out she has pulmonary hypertension disease. We're trying to learn more about it as we know there is no cure. She will just get worse. I'm wondering if any of you members have the disease or family members have pulmonary hypertension disease?

 

On top of that, my dad has been having shoulder pains. He had 2 opened heart surgeries in one year (way back in 2006) and he has 15 stints. He collects scar tissues in his heart.

 

It's going to be stressful. I worry.

 

We need all the prayers.

Pulmonary hypertension means that she is possibly going to be taking alpha or beta blockers. If the blood pressure is the result of atherosclerosis then the doctor may describe her to take a statin like Lipitor (atorvastatin) or Crestor (rosuvostatin),
