Let's start with the basics. Force, measured in Newtons, can be broken down further into units of mass * acceleration. So...
1 N = 1 kg * 1 m/s2
As far as physics goes, this is pretty simple so far. So, what happens if you apply a force for a period of time, say, one newton for one second?
1 N * 1 s = (1 kg * 1 m/s2) * s = (1 kg * 1 m/s)
We end up with units of mass and velocity, in kg and m/s. This means that a force multiplied by a time is identical to a mass multip
I like this song. Alot. In fact, I like it so much that I think I'm going to revisit it later. How much later? You'll see.

Last year, HiT Entertainment's Railway Consultant, Sam Wilkinson, uploaded a revised Thomas & Friends map of the Island of Sodor to the Sodor Island Forums.
If you look at the upper-left hand corner, one of the more interesting railways is the Small Railway, which is connected to Duck's branchline. Starting in Arlesburgh West, a trio of miniature engines would roll along a short little railway that the standard and narrow gauge engines can't get to.
In TRWS, there are three (and late
MY OBSESSION FOR FLUTTERSHY HAS GONE SO LARGE THAT I AM FREAKING OUT SINCE I'M TRYING TO SOUND LIKE HER AND IF I DON"T I'M LIKE STRESSING AHHHH

So after Tirek returned for the season 4 finale, many people were wondering if we would see more revamped characters. Although many people argued that it was just a one off, this has turned out to be false as Smooze has been confirmed to return for the upcoming and super exciting season 5.
So earlier today, I was just thinking. What other characters could be revamped? I mean don't get me wrong, the show was awful, but I think that some of the characters were really interesting, or could be m
For the first time in this series, I am posting a recording that is not new to me. That I had heard prior to starting ACoS. And as we get into the era of big bands and jazz, I get the feeling that there will be alot more familiar faces around here.

I used to do a thing where I talked about music I really liked, what I liked about it, and why the song was f'n a, brah. I covered a wide range of time periods for my preferred genre of music, which is rock in general, from the Rolling Stones to the Arctic Monkeys. I do listen to a wide variety of rock/metal/grunge/whatever, this is true - one day I can be listening to the Beatles while the next I put on Slayer and jam out to them I like music, basically, and sometimes I just hear a song that I
With the 100th episode of FIM around the corner, there's speculation for what will come up next. I'm looking forward to it, but I'm also somewhat reserved, because the episode will be nothing without a solid story and characterizations that make sense with how the background ponies act and look. Core brony fandom references are nothing new, but DHX's track record has been rather spotty.
And lately, one of the reasons many people are looking for it (or not) is "because bronies will complain a
I can't take this anymore...
I want to go to acting school, I want to have my own life, take on some graphic design classes while I'm down here since I'm being presented with such a chance.....but my family's bringing me down
They keep saying I'm not thinking straight, that I need to focus more on school and not do anything else....I just want a freakin distraction Studying graphic design and advancing in that field would do wonders for my future, but they won't let me unless I get goo
I'm sure everybody has their own expectations for season 5 of MLP next month. I happen to have a few of my own, and I thought I'd share them with all of you. If you wanna talk about what I said with me, leave a little comment below or message me and I'd be glad to chat it up with ya.
I recorded the live action parts of the video over the weekend, and I'm very happy with the way it turned out. So happy, in fact, that I think I'm going to eschew the fully animated portions I had planned and just do the animation on top of the live-action video. Most of that tedium was actually accomplished last night, leaving just some fancy After Effects editing that should take the thing to the next level followed by combining it with the introduction I have been working on for a while now
In my last blog I indicated that I would be back in five weeks following my trip to Canada. Those five weeks turned out to be five seven months as my life has been a busy succession of classes, tests, job searches, interviews, and law school applications. Admittedly, I could have found time to go on in between, but my fear of a negative reaction to my last blog post restrained me from doing so. It was the rediscovery of my old Yahoo! mail account (where the Forums send me all their notificati
I had harsh words to say about Al Capone last year. Words that I stand by. But with the news of his capture, I have to wonder. The glass of wine I just finished, there's a chance it might be the last bottle ever sold in this country.
If only the booze barons weren't murderers... They'd be so much easier to support.
