Hey, it's the end of the year, and everybody else is doing a Top 10 list, so why the heck not. It's that time of year again where 2013 is coming to a close. Sure there are lots of bad things going on from the outside world, but the most important of all is that I finished college. For good. The time has come, that we say goodbye to 2013 and welcome in the year 2014. Don't know about you all but the year 2013 has been a year of changes for me. A lot has changed, I joined the forums among other sites and have grown very attached to this place. So it seems people are slightly curious about me. I recently joined the staff for the forums, and yes, I haven't been here all that long. However, there was an opening, I applied, and got one of two open spots, mostly (but not completely!) based on one of my past job at a major gaming company.
I live in California, and yes, I am older than a lot of the people that frequent the forum at 28 years of age. I'm also recently married to a wonderful man whom I met on the internet. He isn't a brony,
I just had an epiphany. Finally I am able to put this into words.
Things happen for a reason, people are influenced greatly by their surroundings. A chain of events caused Luna to become Nightmare Moon, and the forces of love and empathy weren't powerful enough back then to stop it from happening, and neither could it be defused.
During "Luna Eclipsed", you could notice from her manners that things were different back then.
