Mine is DKC2.

I would say it's a tie, between the first and the second.

While the second is the objectively better game, the first is more nostalgic to me, because i played the second much later.

the third one is underrated and also a bit overhated. It's not as good as the other 2, but it's still a very enjoyable experieince.

K. Rool definitely pulls out all the stops in DKC3, though.

Kidnaps Donkey and Diddy, creates KAOS, and imprisons the Banana Birds via convoluted security systems.

I still have a lot of VC games on my wish list.  If you think of the Wii U as a purely retro machine, there really isn't anything better on the console front.

Quite the library. I have Mario, Mario 2 (jp), Mario 3,Mega Man 2, Mega Man 3, Castlevania.

However,

I have a LOT the originals on your list as far as NES, snes and 64 are concerned at my parents house in Texas and will be reunited with them soon.

Granted my mom didn't sell them for magic beans or something.
