Dude holy shit exams are coming up so soon oh god oh god oh god. I did a grand total of no studying today. Gah. Also, angsty as fuck today. YOU JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dn3wM6Rxpik
  2. An otyugh. Like, they're just so gross and sticky and gross, so I love them.
  3. Heh, pretty much. Really flexible when you listen to a SYL song right next to one of his solo project songs. And if you've heard the Ziltoid the Omniscient album, then you'll know that he voices everyone. Also, Chris Alvestam counts. Most people knew him from Scar Symmetry and Solution .45 which are both melodeath, but he also does some cool trad death projects like Miseration or Torchbearer, where I think he did both vocals and guitar. Then he's got his solo project, which is progressive pop, where he plays everything, which includes a saxophone.

Holyshitballs, that just blew my mind. He plays shooters, and he's good at them. At least, in my eyes. Never would have suspected Phil Bozeman. Just watched some 6/7 minutes of that, awesome. Anyway, I'm so gonna check out their self-titled (finally) because of this.

Oh, definitely. I kinda read that as "heavy metal" before my mind pieced that together. Maybe Italian Rob Halford was born or something, I thought. Not Italian but still brutal techdeath, and spooky as phuk. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kg3CfZ6zJ-I

Dude, Ritual is my JAM. Seriously though, good album. I didn't even know they had a new album in the making either. I dunno, it just seems like with this album, they've gotten a lot more comfortable with multi-layering guitars, and distinguishing leads from rhythm. Which is really refreshing, considering the vast amount of bands that have both (or three) guitarists all playing the exact same thing.

Eh, I wouldn't really want to do any "shredding". Because honestly, I find shred guitar boring, especially the solos. I mean it's like TRIPLETSTRIPLETSTAPPINGTRILLSTRILLSTRILLSTAPPEDTRIPLETSWHAMMYVREEEEW And yeah, Masheen Hed's good. What do you think of their latest album?

Gotta git dat endurance mang. But yeah, that sounds like it'd be pretty painful. I mean, I'm an ultra-shitty excuse for a guitarist and I get tired just by playing Gojira - Backbone. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mi-w6mGn7U0 It's got triplets too, which are honestly the worse than the tremolo riffs themselves, since you're starting and stopping again. Also, the triplets are played across two strings. Only one break in the whole song, and it just has to be near the end. But you're a bassist right? So I'd guess it's much harder with them thicker strings.

Yeah, I like Holy Wars too. My favourites would probably be Hangar 18 and Killing Is My Businessandbusinessisgood (+ some spaces), in other words, their two most popular from what I'd guess. It's been quite a while since I listened to any Megadeth. And in the past week, I've reverted back to what I've done about a a year ago, which would be playing just a select few songs over and over again. I've listened to this one quite a lot, and also "The Mighty Masturbator" from the same album. SMOKE THAT FUCKING WEEEEEEED BOY ILU HevyDevy <3<3<3

Eh maybe. I've never heard of the former but I like that album from In the Woods. Like it was the first black metal album I ever really liked, since I found this one song from it two years ago or something. Also unrecognized. I'm like so obscure for this.

Oh yeah, that was a good album. Here's this. Anyway, I just felt like mentioning Bo Summer since I haven't posted any Panzerchrist of Illdisposed in a while.

Yep, Symmetric in Design is by far their best, even though people consider their 2008 release to be the best. Anyway, I'm pretty against everything they've done after Chris Alvestam left. And I'm not saying they're bad because they're not Chris, they're just bad because they're bad. Seriously, they don't even do clean harmonies live because Robert just doesn't feel like he wants to sing. Come on. They have two guys on vocals now and they're barely comparing to just one Chris. Those Chris Alvestam albums are good though. You might like Solution .45 if you like Scar Symmetry. It's got Chris Alvestam and some guys that were in other bands that Chris was in, like Torchbearer and Miseration. Listening to the first Dillinger Escape Plan album I've heard of so far. I loved the guest vocals their guy did on "The Mighty Masturbator" in DTP's Deconstruction, so I decided to check it out.

Guys, I have just found the most metal deathcore video of all time. Brace yourselves for intense mindblowing-ness. I have no idea how a cat can be so chill, but sure. I'll take it.
  23. Oh dude, definitely suck at FPSs here. I mean, from the few modern FPSs I've played, I'm pretty bad and all. When it comes to super-fast moving things and hitbox weapons like in Quake, I'm absolutely terrible. I even played Quake Live and felt like throwing up since it gave me the shittiest headache ever. I played some TF2 though. I'm better at it, as long as the classes aren't "traditionally FPS-ish".

I liked their Warriors of the World album. It has no naked women or boobies or anything, but still ultrajacked dudes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YYqXQO6jkpc Was never the hugest fan of US-style power metal, but I listened to that album quite a bit. I don't really understand why the guy holding the US flag has such big lats in comparison to normal people lats. I mean, they look like he could glide in the air with them.
