I would echo the opinion of those who like the innocence of the show as it is. For me, there are plenty of morally ambiguous shows and movies with darker, mature themes that I watch already. One reason I like MLP so much is the fact that it is happy and innocent with a happy ending to the episodes. -

Tough call between Fluttershy and Twilight Sparkle, but I'd have to go with adorable over adorkable in this case. I like Apple Bloom because besides being cute I like the close relationship with AJ. Princess Luna has been awesome to me starting with Luna Eclipsed plus I like a good redemption character. -
Hello everypony! I had seen the MLP meme for a while on various websites, but it took the flu late last year to get me to actually watch an episode. Laying in bed I decided to give MLP a shot, and it took all of 22 minutes and I was hooked! Looking forward to hanging out with other MLP fans!
