Moonlight Fire

The Pegasus yelped as pain surged through her wing, much worse than the actual injury. Whiplash grit her teeth as she writhed in pain, struggling not to screech. She raised her hoof to scratch at the wound, but remembering Lewis's words, kept still. The mare closed her eyes, trying to shut out the pain.

Whiplash blinked, weighing her options. She didn't want to hold the group back or waste Lewis's energy, but her wing was on fire and felt like it was getting worse. "Alright, but really, it's not too bad," the mare shrugged, gritting her teeth as pain stung her wing. Whiplash knelt down, letting Lewis get a better angle at her injury. As she watched Dave begin to trot away, "Hey! I'm fine, we can start leaving-" she cut her sentence short as the stallion disappeared, and sighed.

Whiplash nodded, panting slightly. The Pegasus gazed at the wreckage in front of her before limping back to the bunker, grabbing her pouch. Walking back outside, she tried shifting her wing, making her grit her teeth in pain. "Well, that changeling sure did a number on me," she chuckled with a weak smile.

Whiplash growled as a changeling jumped at her from the air, and swiftly slashed her dagger through its chest. Using the wind magic from the dagger, the Pegasus managed to send gusts of wind at the creatures, injuring some and forcing them back. As the mare slashed yet another opponent, she felt immense pain in her right wing. Growling in frustration, she stabbed the changeling that had injured her, but grit her teeth from the wound it had inflicted.

Whiplash woke up startled as she heard the voices outside of the compound. Craning her neck out the opening, the Pegasus cursed under her breath at the sight of the changelings. The mare swiftly grabbed the magical dagger from her pillow before swooping out of the opening, wings beating quickly. Yawning, Whiplash sighed, "You guys just aren't gonna let me get any sleep tonight, are you?" ((Yes! Thank goodness! I thought this RP was dying.))

Whiplash rolled her eyes and mumbled irritably, "I'm not a 'kiddie', thanks. Yeah, but I'll probably be going back to bed now. I better get some sleep." The Pegasus folder her wings in and gave a slight nod to David and Lewis. "I might wake up everybody at this rate," she smiled, fluffing her pillow

Whiplash let out a quiet sigh and glanced at the stallion. "Well..I guess it was kind of a scary nightmare.. well of course I didn't find it scary," the mare said, struggling to not sound like a coward. "Okay, it was scary. There was just a lot of..destruction, blood, death...I saw a lot of my old friends dying," she said honestly, restraining herself from a shiver. "But, it's okay now. I'm fine," Whiplash said with a nod.

Whiplash steadied her breathing as she looked at Lewis in embarrassment. She was supposed to be tough, yet here she was, shouting over a nightmare. "Sorry. I just..kind of had a weird dream. But I'm fine," the Mare promised quietly. Whiplash returned her usual grin and chuckled, "Good thing you're a light sleeper, that'll come in handy if we ever go under attack." Whiplash smiled, although her heart wasn't really in it.

Whiplash gave a last half wave to the ponies getting in bed, and began to doze off herself. Her dreams were clouded with changelings, blood, and her old friends dying, and the Pegasus woke up with a small shout, tumbling out of bed. Whiplash nervously hopped back into her cot, gritting her teeth in embarrassment.

Whiplash nodded at the nervous stallion. "Actually, I think that's a sign you're a very concentrated and focused fighter. I do it when I'm pretty serious too. Although I'm rarely that serious," she smirked. As David announced every pony should get some rest, the Pegasus gave a nod to Lewis. "Thanks for the help!" Whiplash suppressed a yawn and chose a bed for herself at the back of the bunker, hopping on to it.

Whiplash sat quietly in the infirmary with Crimson as a nurse finished wrapping one of her scrapes. The Pegasus watched the small monitor in the room play out the fights, and grimaced. Whiplash turned towards the stallion with a sigh. "The preliminaries are almost over. Be careful."

"I guess I could use a little help packing up these rations. Besides my dagger, that's really all I bought, which was stupid on my part," she admitted, pointing her hoof at the supplies scattered around her pack. As Whiplash stuffed some of them in her pack, she grinned at Lewis. "You really did do pretty great back there," the Pegasus said with a nod.

Whiplash nodded. "Ah, that makes sense. Well I'll be looking forward to dueling you," she grinned. The Pegasus watched Lewis trot away, and called after him, "Nice job, Lewis!" Whiplash went into the bunker to gather her own things, excited to see where their group would journey to next.

Whiplash gritted her teeth, squirming under the pressure. Her mind raced with several solutions to escape the attack, but her body suddenly relaxed. "You know I never, ever, give up..but there's no point in fighting anymore," she said quietly with a frown. "I'll stop, but please, be careful in your other fights," she pleaded.

"I'm not really the kind of pony that duels until death, most of the time it's first blood," the Pegasus replied. With a small grin, she asked, "When you're planning on finishing your lesson, perhaps we could duel?" Whiplash felt excitement bubble inside of her at the prospect of a duel, and Cosmo seemed to be pretty experienced in the art.

Whiplash shrugged. "Perhaps. It's been a while since I've dueled another pony," she admitted with a frown. The mare raised her eyebrows as Skuldaf fired off his magic at Cosmo, instructing him to dodge. This might be interesting to watch, she thought to herself.

Whiplash's ear twitched as she overheard Cosmo and Lewis's training session, and trotted briskly towards them. "You don't mind if I watch, do you?" The mare grinned, tilting her head at the shadow clones. She was itching to try out her own dagger on them, but decided to observe how the stallion did first.

Whiplash yelped as the pressure flung her off the side of the arena, skidding onto her side. The pegasus gritted her teeth and fluttered into the sky, struggling to find a way to make sure Crimson stayed out of the ring. The mare swooped into the arena, flying faster and faster towards the stallion. "This is gonna bruise...but I really have to win," she thought with a frown. The Pegasus began to fly swift circles around the stallion, gaining speed with each lap, attempting to make him dizzy. Finally, using her momentum, Whiplash spun around, attempting to kick Crimson out of the arena. ((Sorry that post was kind of stupid..running out of ideas too.))

Whiplash flailed her arms, struggling to untangle her wings from Crimson cloak, but with no success as she lost altitude faster and faster. At last, the Pegasus met the ground on the edge of the ring, landing hard on her shoulder. The mare let out a groan, slowly getting onto her hooves. I'm gonna kill him after this fight is over, she thought sourly, wincing in pain. "I need to end this," she said, gripping her dagger. Closing her eyes, Whiplash once again called upon the magic of the dagger, feeling the winds begin to gather around here. She swiftly surged towards Crimson, shoving him enough to knock him out of the ring. The Pegasus quickly gathered up the wind, and began to pile it on top of the stallion, attempting to use the wind pressure to hold him down outside of the ring. I really hope this works, she thought grimly.

Alright, I can't be the only one who has finished all their animes. To me, it feels strange not finishing one! I've watches Soul Eater, Fairytail, Black Butler, Fruits Basket, Dangan Ronpa, Higurashi, Ouran Highschool Host Club, Attack on Titan, Chobits, and several more. The only anime I haven't finished is Naruto..that anime is longggg.

Yess, I found a thread for this! ^.^ I watched the entire anime last month, and I found it amazing. I've always kind of loved murder mysteries like that, and Dangan Ronpa constantly had me on my toes. I have to say my favorite characters are Togami, Fujisaki, and Kirigiri. Lol and Genocider Shou, she was hillarious.
