Page 12, section 8, subsection 34-2, paragraph 9 clearly states that Grandpa Dave has control of 89% of Jake's estate which means over 67% that isn't owned by Jake belongs to Grandpa Dave's second cousin.

In 1998, that section was overwritten to say I own 100% of it.

Oh dear. Apparently the update was not properly mailed to my office. That makes sense considering Grandpa Dave's second cousin died in late 1997 via a tragic clothes pin accident that left him partially disabled. He then committed suicide by repetitively ingesting large quantities of Ethylene Glycol until he indeed went kaput.
