      Project horizons doesn't have the first fallout equestria characters the main cast are Morning Glory Blackjack P-21 (yes wierd name) Rampage Lacunae and Boo (boo comes in really late) plus that scence was from were hte Project horizon cast well some of them being in a ghoul town and agreed to get dresses :P.
