      Insomnia for sure. Procrastination can be controlled with enough of a strong will. Not much you can do about insomnia, if you're like me at least. xD

      Buying fresh fruits and veggies. Buying fresh ingredients. Go to restaurants that make the food fresh. If there's anything out there that I can make better, I make them fresh from my own kitchen.
