    Watched the Super Mario Movie last night.

    The one weakness there is, yes, the story. Not the most special, layered, or unique. But it does enough to establish its origin story and engage the audience. Plus, the characters and voice acting are really done well.

    Not to mention it's both funny and a LOT of fun. The Easter eggs throughout add to the story and vibrant universe.

    Definitely one of the best video game movies. Illumination did a splendid job.

    Grade: B+

      I'm glad to hear you liked it, my friend! :D I enjoyed it too, the movie Mario deserved. :fluttershy: His voice was surprisingly good though different, I got used to it fast.

    More than 24 hours have passed since walking my first marathon (completed 28+ miles, 64,000+ steps, both a personal record).

    Not as sore now, and I'm no longer feeling so exhausted. VERY proud of achieving a feat that I've never done before. :D

    *sigh* Oh, my goodness. What. A. Day!

    Today was a MARVELOUS day to go out for a walk. And I did just that.

    Two years ago, I decided to dedicate at least one day for a crazy walk. Walks that are well beyond my usual length (8-10 miles last year, 10-12 this year).

    Two years ago, I walked more than 22 miles.

    Last year, I walked more than 19.

    Today, I did something I've never done before.

    My entire duration was eleven hours, plus time for lunch. More than 60,000 steps logged in.

    In total, finished walking more than 28 — yes, TWENTY-EIGHT — miles!

    My first marathon. Went the full 26.2 miles, than decided to add two more, 'cause why not. :D

    In terms of both steps and length, it's my longest walk by far.

    I understand how exhausting it is just to run a marathon. Walking one is a feat in itself. Finishing those miles became a test of will. Do I pick up the pace a bit here and there to get through it? Can I go one step at a time?

    Turns out, the answer is yes.

    I'm very proud of myself to walk my first marathon. Now I need a well-deserved break.
