Ya again I am not trying to hate on ponies creativity. I want everypony to be able to do what they want. There is no malice in this post if It came off that way I am sorry. I just was wondering if other people feel the same way.

I guess I just wanted to get it off my chest and see if anybody else felt the same way. and I agree, people should be able to do what ever they want with MLP, I just don't like it. I guess I came off to harshly sorry.

You made a good point. I agree that on some level conformity is required. however other than on morally wrong things, such as murder, rape, animal abuses, etc... Conformity is not a good thing. I did talk in absolutes quit a lot in my other post, but I did not mean it that literally. I also believe that anyone who is going to kill or rape someone is not in there right mind for what ever reason and conformity is not the problem but mental health. While conformity may be needed in some cases to uphold order, conforming to specified age and gender roles , the idea that my little pony is for little girls for instance, is not good. changing the way one dresses or the things one likes because of the social pressure to conform is not good. Thank you for pointing out my argument flaws, I needed to be more specific. All I am saying is be who you are, do what makes you happy and help others do the same. Be a good person and don't judge other people and if you don't agree with what they think or do let them be. Love and tolerate.

NO. it is never good to conform to society, yes we judge by nature and we want to fit in, but the most important thing is to be yourself. Be who you want to be, do what you want to do. Now this is something I have thought about a lot and it makes me really sad. The main reason MLP is so awesome, to me anyway, is that at its core it is sweet and innocent. It is a G rated show about friendship, rainbows and unicorns. It is the perfect escape from the real world because it IS so innocent. Yes now and then there may be reference to something not G rated (for example when spike falls into the punch bowl and somepony says "somepony spiked the punch") and of course there is violence (however cartoonish it may be) But compared to the real world it is a haven. The number one reason Bronies say they enjoy the show is because it offers an escape from the real world. One of the main reasons we all like this show is because it is innocent. If it was just as violent, sexual, and crude as so many other "things" out there. Then this fandome would not exists as we know it. It would not be the revolutionary movement that it is today. So now I finally come to my point. I it makes me so sad to see pony related things out there that shatter that image of innocence. I understand that this stuff will always exist, ponies will do what they want and I have no intention of stopping them. I am not trying to kill anyponies creativity or hurt anyponies feelings But it ruins the image of innocence and destroys that perfect escape. Now not all crosovers are bad. I understand ponies making fan art like Rainbow Dash with a sword or Two ponies kissing. But these are ok because, while you would not see this on the show, They are inherently innocent. Seeing a sword is not bad, yes a sword is made to kill, but as long as Rainbow dash is threatening somepony with it or as long as the sword is not covered in blood or something like that. its fine. And kissing is totally G rated, people kiss all the time. And I'm not saying we need everything in the world to be innocent. I am not some super psycho person that feels like we should "baby proof" the world. But when the reason I fall in love with something is because it is innocent, I just don't like things that ruin that image. I like to keep MLP innocent. Now There is no malice behind this post, I love all ponies and don't think the ponies who do this are bad. I am not saying it should not exist ethier. I am just saying i am not a huge fan. I do believe people should be able to do what ever they wan't with MLP and I don't dislike the people who make stuff like this, as long as they are good people. I just was wondering if anybody else felt the same way. Not trying to hate just trying to find people who feel the same way.

I totally agree with you. Now I am not saying that people should not be able to ponify what ever they like. But people are ponifying too much. Some things just don't need a pony version. By ponifing everything in site we kinda, kill the magic, we make all the other pony things a little less special.

That sounds like a great idea, just watch one episode or do one "pony" thing a day" that way i am not letting it rule my life but i get my ponies!

So I am a fairly new brony, I have only been one sense August. But I have watched all the episodes and now I don't now what to do. How do you "keep the magic alive' as it were? What are ways that you can keep a healthy dose of pony in your life? Any help would be great, thanks!

So I am looking for some good MLP themed music. This might sound cheap or lame but if you make MLP music I would love it if you could post a link so I can check out your music and download it. Just so you know I really like lots of the living tombstones music, So kind dubstepy. But I also like other stuff so, If you have any fan made music, I would love to hear it!

I am very sorry, I did not mean to offend. I was just saying what I thought about the subject and to me, they seem a little creepy.

Ok so I want to know where I can buy good my little pony toys (by that i mean mini figures.) Not only online, but in stores. I am looking for figures of the main six and some assorted side characters (Big Mac, Cheerilee, Cutie mark crusaders, Vinyl Scratch, Princes Luna, celestia, cadence, etc) Size is not super important but I would like them all to be appropriate sizes to each other (meaning I want Apple Bloom to be smaller than Apple jack like in the show, and princes celestia to be bigger than apple jack, but for apple jack to be the same size as Twilight... you get what i mean) Any info on where I can get these for reasonable prices would be great! Obviously I might not be able to get all the figures I want but at least the main six. Thanks!
