  1. Well, I do a lot of drawings from time to time - most of them personal ones that are never seen on the site - so I figured that I would create a little place to just put some of my art down. You know, that way the lot of you could see it. Requests (Ones towards the bottom are from two years ago):
  2. Good morning forums!

  3. @, Okay, so I'll try and get you done today. Or tomorrow, depending on whether or not time permits.
  4. I'm going to go ahead and call it a night. It's been a long day and frankly, I just need some rest. Good night everybody. This is Night Visions, signing off.

  5. @@Wraith Stalker, You're most welcome! Thank you for the request! @@Love Doctor Blaze, How does this look so far? Honestly, just the sketch alone took me a good...30 minutes? I did another one last night, but it was horrid. Anyway, do you want anything changed to this or can I commence with the coloring? - Night Visions @@Love Doctor Blaze, Okay, so it's finished. Sorry if the photo quality is poor, my computer's camera was working fine earlier...anyway, I hope you like it. It took me well over five hours to actually do, but I had to figure out what colors to use and whatnot. Here's the image: Again, hope you like it. Now, to the next person! @@Xeltor, You're up next. If you want to make any changes, now is the time to do them, because once I start, I'm probably not going to change it back. - Night Visions
  6. Well, earlier today, I was searching through the people who do commissions and it came to my attention that there was nothing actually pertaining to traditional art. This made me wonder: Is traditional art not as popular anymore? Certainly, with advancements in technology and whatnot, it's much more convenient for artists to do digital art, but has it come to the point to where traditional art is a thing of the past? I mean, the way I see it, traditional art is special and unique in its own way. Now, this isn't to say that digital art is neither special nor unique, but it's something more commonly seen these days. As a traditional artist myself, I find that actually having people who want something from you is...rare. Most times than not, they're looking for somebody who does everything digitally, because it's probably more convenient and of higher quality than something that is hand-drawn. Compare digital art to traditional art. Both have pros and cons. Digital art is definitely a way to produce higher quality images and quite frankly, there's not much wrong with it. Traditional art on the other hand may produce lower quality images; however, the artist puts quite a bit of effort into the work because they want it to look as good as they possibly can. Again, this isn't to say that digital artists don't put time and effort into their drawings. Honestly? I don't know whether or not traditional art is going out of style. That's why I made this topic: to get your guys' honest opinion on whether or not traditional art is going out of style. - Night Visions
  7. Refer to the post under this one. Thank you.
  8. @@Wraith Stalker, Okay, well I can certainly ponify a Helldiver for you. Thank you for clearing that up, it helps out quite a bit. - Night Visions
  9. @, I'm in the same boat. Traditional artists just don't get the same appreciation as digital artists...It's quite unfair.
  10. Gooooood morning, MLPForums! (Totally not referencing "Good Morning, Vietnam")

  11. @@Wraith Stalker, What exactly is a helldiver? I'm confused on this subject. I've searched Google, but each search comes up with something completely different. - Night Visions
  12. @@Sweet Pen, Lose the spot? Nonsense, though I think I will be closing up right now so I can get requests done without having to worry about others posting more requests. But, you have been saved a spot for the future! Thank you for requesting, and I hope you have a finta- I mean fantastic day. - Night Visions
  13. On a scale of one to melon, I'd have to go with squid. No, but really, it all depends on how I look. One day, I may look like I just ran through a mud race. The next, I might look like I'm going to some kind of formal event. Most days, it's the latter (I like to dress nice for some reason). According to most, I'm a good 6 if not a seven. Then, there's the people who like to say I'm an 11/10. But the way I see it, on a scale of one to melon, I'm a squid.
  14. @@Sidera, If I had money, I would totally buy a colored sketch of my OC. Sadly, I don't have any way to pay for this; nonetheless, thank you so very much! I absolutely love him! - Night Visions
  15. So, I've decided to run a social experiment today. Show up to school wearing a shirt that literally labels me as a Brony and see exactly what would happen. So far, nothing.

I don't think that it would get me in any kind of serious trouble.

      Yeah, hopefully.

  16. @@Wraith Stalker, I am capable of doing something like that, yes. May I ask what it is you want done? - Night Visions
  17. @@Moon Sugar, Brilliant, thank you so very much! Also, I'm glad you like it. I work for hours on end with these things, and it's always rewarding to hear that somebody actually likes it. I'll try and get started on my half when time permits. Maybe tomorrow, maybe in two days, I have no idea honestly. I can assure you though, I hold true to my word, and you most certainly will be receiving a piece from me. - Night Visions
  18. Okay, so it seems that there are quite a few people who want you to do something for them. Well, don't get too comfortable, because I'm wanting to hop on this train. Okay, so I guess I should show you examples of my work first, so here's that:
  19. @@Sidera, Wunderbar! If you wouldn't mind, could you possibly do this little fella down here: And possibly add a set of goggles on his head much like these ones: Thanks! - Night Visions
  20. Pardon me, but may I make a request? I hope it's not too much of a bother if he's not an actual pony. He's uh...more so along the lines along a red panda. But before I actually put the image in here, I would just like to ask: are you willing to add in an accessory or two? If not, then I'll just go for a normal picture.
  21. @, You are most welcome, and I will do. - Night Visions
  22. I'm suddenly feeling inspired to do an a cappella cover of "Walking on Sunshine". I have no idea why, but I am.

  23. @, Yes, I can. Currently though, the wait is getting longer with each request, so I'm going to ask that you be patient with me. But again, thank you for asking. - Night Visions.
  24. @@Love Doctor Blaze, Oh, it's quite alright. I'l get your request done probably by tomorrow, depending on how much time I have.
