Dark Horse

Oh of course. It's just especially off-putting for someone like me who is specifically trying to engage with them and get my points across. As a tour guide you're pretty much required to constantly gauge your group and make sure that everything is coming across clearly, so you really want to see an attentive level of feedback at the least. I have various methods to try and focus their attention back on me but some people just don't want to hear it. I don't like to ignore anyone but sometimes it seems as though they'd prefer you did. =/

I hate that too. We are so fixated these days on our mobile devices that it almost feels like an illness. I know, sounds a bit extreme.
