Ticktock caught up with Ice "Dude the only safe place round here is well not here we'll need to get them outside the city, which is easier said than done i mean what if we encounter hostile forces we'll need to kick there butts while protecting these foals. But it needs to be done, lets get moving."

Ticktock sighed "I know, stuffs gone to shit and back we cant stay here forever." Ticktock then jumpped out of his chair the magic on his horn fading. "Ok the ballista have enough magical energy to last for another five minutes in that time we need to leave. I did work in one failsafe to the tower though i just hope it works."

She's surprised because this is set afer the great apple war and apples have been invery short supply most apples are eaten straight away, hence why we dont see the rest of her family there XD. Sorry for adding a story to your picture (which is amazing by the way) but i couldnt resist.

Ticktock glanced at his magical moniter and saw the mare surrounded by the two molten dogs, which got blasted away in a mater of seconds. "Ice go outside and bring the mare in here, but be careful see could be some kind of illusion made to take out the tower."

Ticktock nodded at Ice "Yeah i guess i'll do the same. I mean between you and me i didnt even want to go on this to begin with, the order never gave me any real option, however that said i'm glad i did go and meet all of you guys, you know what if by some miricle we make it out of this alive dinners on me."

Ticktock looked down at the ground "I honestly couldn't say. This place used to belong to Gale you know the mare I told to about who I killed... Apparently she left the place to me so I made some changes to the place, but still kept it the same so I can remember her."

Ticktock smiled "Cheers. I come here sometimes to check up on things. But if your hungry go make yourself something the stairs should be right behind you." As if on queue stairs came out the wall leading back up to the main floor. "Help yourself to anything."

"Well" Ticktock bought a hoof to his shirt collar and pulled at it a bit "I didn't exactly learn it persay I kind of just knew it and as for how..." Suddenly a black pony began passing from screen to screen "It's one of my spells actually. Yep one of mine Oblivion Darkness. I let Ticktock have the spell it was in both mine and his best interest to observe all of Canterlot I mean if Celestia found out I was still in Ticktock's head it would be bad for everyone involved." It could be seen on the screen more enemies being blown from Canterlot to Vanhoover and the explosions of the magical ballista bolts could also be heard.

Ticktock looked at the screens "Well now lets have a look shall we?" The screens generally changed after about one minuet except for one screen which held the image of the tower. "Well there's a two for one sale at the bakery, it's karaoke night at one of the night clubs... Oh and the deadly apocalypse happening around us." As Ticktock finished a small platoon of molten dogs came around the corner and were shot by the ballista cause quite a loud noise. Ticktock then took a swig of his cider "And so it begins."

Ticktock smiled and followed Ice in "See piece of cake... very, very deadly cake." Ticktock quickly went and grabbed two bottles of cider and began to cast a spell. Suddenly the floor underneath them began to lower and a chamber of sorts could be seen with a chair in the middle. Ticktock chucked Ice a bottle of cider and sat in the chair, as he did that his horn began to glow and loads of magical circles appeared with images of Canterlot (or what was left of it) live. One of the monitors displayed the tower and apparently the ballista had began to fire, not at anything but then would when they saw an enemy.

Ticktock once again copied Ice's expression "Well I have something I little more slightly in mind." Ticktock then stopped running as they had arrived at their destination... His tower "Now my dear Ice while some would say knowledge is power (Which I have a lot of on my tower) I personally believe it comes more in the form of ten magical ballista." As if on queue ten ballista extended from his tower and the doors opened "By all means Ice... After you."

Nice I like it. I think it suits her.

Ticktock smirked back "Well don't get used to it!" Ticktock then rounded the corner "Ok so the plan is that we are going to make a distraction for any enemies in Canterlot, one so big it will attract loads of then and take most of them out and because of that it will give any refuges a chance to escape while making things easier from the others... however I cant guaranty that we'll make it out alive if you want to leave now's the time to do it!"

Ticktock stretched "Yes sir. Come on ice lets get moving and help some people... wow that was suprisingly selfless of me." Then an idea struck Ticktock "Ice i have an idea follow me, we'll help any refuges on the way. Come on." Ticktock then gallopped into Canterlot.

I must admit I would be a bit upset it that spell had killed you, your guild members are skilled." He then turned to the wizard who summoned a Celestial Spirit "A phoenix!? Now then shall we see whether you can rise from the ashes same as it can? He then cast a spell called dark gravity which would hopefully shake up these wizards a bit.

@@Drago Ryder, @@Acnologia, @@Venomous, @@SlenderSlayer24, By this point in time Lucius had sat himself down and sighed while thinking to himself "​For godsake this is boring as hell... maybe I can spice things up a bit, it may also give me a chance to see what kind of magic they all use and how strong they are." ​Lucius then smirked and stood up aiming at the group and cast the spell ghost fireworks straight at them sending a stream of dark magic with ghostly faces.

Ticktock nodded to Radiant "True, true. Well does Canterlot have any defences aside from the royal guard and the princesses because we could activate that or we could try to find the sorce of the gas and get rid of it, or close of the molten portal. All i know is that before we go in there we need some kind of objective."

@@Pripyat Pony, Suddenly Ticktock's form flashed green as the bat winged Alicorn Ticktock had told Cicada about appeared "My dear girl, in my eyes what your Queen did for her people was admirable and if it makes you feel better know that when I tried to help my people it went a lot worse. I if you can not tell am an Alicorn but I am more precisely a bat pony, a species which even today continues to dwindle in numbers, now I did horrible magical experiments on my own people to help them survive and that did not go well. So chin up and know that you in some way did the right thing... oh and just to embarrass Ticktock the things he loves about you most are your eyes and that he could stair into them all day and the normal he loves you." Then a flash of green show Ticktock change back however he had an intense blush on his face.

Ticktock tapped Radiant on the shoulder "I may have an idea for how to get rid of the platform. Since it's flying it must have some form of propulsion yes? So if we were to take out most of these 'propulsion units' we could get it to crash to the ground, while flying away from Canterlot." To emphasis his point Ticktock made a dotted line with him magic showing the platform falling but moving away.

Lucius hid in the shadows observing the two mages he had been following and seeing what they were up too. It did intreage him how wizards that powerful were able to just go around like normal people and not be herolded as gods. In his eyes respect was only earned through power. (Blitz and Kyubi are the wizard Lucius is stalking XD feel free to catch him doing so)

"I agree with Radiant." yelped Ticktock breathing heavily before returning to his normal self "Guy remember that we're not in this for the fame we need to focus on saving people, just as rushing into the battle can get you killed so can vanity. Remember that I don't want to lose you guys... your the only friends I have ever had."

Ticktock galloped off the ship just after Ice and came to a halt at the entrance to the tent taking a second to draw in a breath and speak "I... really need to work out more" He then entered the tent giving a quick bow to the princess before slapping Ice around the head "Dude show some respect to the princess if you could be so kind it's one thing to call her that when with us but you cant just go around acting all friendly with the princess unless she's ok with it!"

@@Pripyat Pony, Ticktock hugged Cicada back and nuzzled into her a bit "It's not your fault, you did what you had to do, if anything you did something I can respect it was survival and you did what you must, and trust me when you have the lord of Darkness inside your head you know what you need to do to survive I mean I have surveillance set up all over the castle back at Canterlot heck I even saw you sister replace princess Caden-" Ticktock quickly covered his mouth with both his hoofs in an attempt to stop himself from talking.

Ticktock shrugged "Ok then time to risk our lives once again in the aid of a good cause... hey wait a minute MY TOWER'S IN CANTERLOT! What will i do if it gets destroyed? For goodness and badness sake get the bucket of bolts moving post haste i have a tower to sa.... what i mean to say is, we have a city to save!"
