    Yes I know but I'm talking to the group that sits there that's in the fandom; and proceeds to make angry self-entitled post about it. :okiedokielokie: I agree that sure kids probably did feel like they were missing out, and this episode wasn't really fair for them. To just casually say join the fandom to a foal probably wouldn't be the best thing. Considering what goes on in the fandom. On the other hoof, to just openly whine about how it caters to the fandom, while being in the fandom being able understand whats going on is really irritating to say the least. (I've already seen several of these self entitled posts in facebook groups) I dont mind the posts that have actual points, and such. Since it brings up valid points. That's how a discussion should be. Which is where I suggested perhaps we could have stuff like this on a spinoff series, maybe on netflix or something.

    Here's a solution. Create a spinoff series. That focuses on the background ponies. This could run when the Main series is off. So Ponies all around! Then the people who don't like this sort of thing don't have to whine moan and complain about it. Despite it not really being their say in what the people who create the show actually do. I personally enjoyed the episode as it peered into the personal lives of some of them a bit more. Which confirmed some headcanons.

    For evreypony who stated this was fanservice. Please READ the Episode title; the Description, and watch the previews. It is way past beyond crystal pony clear that this is a fandom tilted episode. A good one at that. It's been a one that most of the fandom has been waiting for a while. As it shows a bit more of the lives between the obscure/not so obscure background ponies. Confirms some headcanons and introduces some new cameos. It also gives us a little insight on some Royalty as well. Not evrey episode of the series has to focus on one of the Mane 6, or the seasons plot Mind you. I for one appreciate this episode being the 2nd episode that doesn't focus on the Mane 6. The first being when Spike babysits the pets. Please read up before you criticise the episode. Then you'd go "oh it does cater to the fandom". Roll out apologies, and carry on.

    It's the Many Worlds theroy. My theroy is of this. Both universes were the same universe at one point in time. Then they both split due to a change somwhere along the timeline. One universe went on to become filled with sentient ponies - aka Friendship is Magic Universe. The other with Humans -aka Equestria Girls Universe Thusly becoming nearly paralell universes The banishment of the Sirens to the Equestria Girls Universe could've caused a ripple in it to where the CMC and all the foals and fillies are in Middleschool. So many variables. So little time.
